The apartment is sparkling clean, extremely tastefully furnished and more spacious than the photos suggest. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed very comfortable. Another plus is that, despite the central location, the car can be parked in front of the door.

We had a lovely stay at Val Joyeux, a very authentic family home. The view of the bay is amazing, the environment is both peaceful while being close to the customs trail and the small center near the church that allows you to do some shopping. Jannick and Catherine were both very available and flexible on the check-in time. We hope to be back soon!

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Excellent weekend spent in Annick's accommodation, who remained available at all times. Charming apartment with a pleasant view of the Emerald Coast. Good time guaranteed!

We used the home as a base when we visited our daughter who is au-pair in Pacé. Since the hostess was going on vacation a few days before our visit, she was extremely helpful in handing over the key to our daughter who lived nearby. Even though she was on vacation herself, she herself asked about our arrival, and always responded quickly to our questions. We had a special need to check out early and it wasn't a problem. It could be inconvenient for the hostess, but she was extremely service minded and understanding. The apartment is suitable for a quiet, adult couple who need a base to drive out and experience Brittany and, for example, Rennes from. It is much cheaper, more homely, nice and more flexible than a hotel - especially if you are willing to stand for your own breakfast. All amenities are in the kitchen. We give our very best recommendation from Christine.

This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, very clean and spacious and is extremely well equipped and beautifullly decorated. Clément was fabulous. We couldn't find the apartment and he walked down in roasting sunshine, to meet us! He gave us a tour of the apartment and explained about the area. The wrap around balcony is perfect for views of Dinard and St Malo, it's very tranquil and relaxing.

We had a great week in Régine and Philippe's studio. Great welcome and small touches on our arrival. The studio is very nicely decorated, functional, well-equipped and ideally located (bakery, restaurants, shops, etc.) We really enjoyed the small meals on the terrace overlooking the sea and the breathtaking sunrises. We discovered Saint-Cast-le-Guildo and we loved it!

Fantastic Duplex in a beautiful location. You are just a short walk to multiple beaches, restaurants, bakeries, etc. the unit is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for one week and really enjoyed our time here!

Ideal accommodation for staying in Saint-Lunaire. Beautiful view from the living room and bedroom, very close to shops and especially the sea. Well arranged and clean accommodation which makes the stay ideal with children. I highly recommend it.

Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... Good surprise upon check in: spacious and bright accommodation (large bay window). Sheets and towels are provided at check-in. The bedding is great. A small path at the end of the land takes us directly to the port, where shops, bars and restaurants and restaurants are located. In addition: the pool/sauna area, very nice for a small relaxing break.

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment.
