Loft holiday rentals in Ille-et-Vilaine

The place is beautiful and perfectly matched the listing. We were a group of 10 people and everything was suitable to receive us in good conditions (sufficiently large table, suitable dishes and large living room). Frédéric was very responsive. I would recommend this place about fifteen minutes from intramuros.

The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped for a family stay. Isabelle was very friendly, and gave clear instructions for the entire stay. She was also easily contactable whenever we had any queries, for instance about parking near the premises. All in all a wonderful stay!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Catalins house. The house is actually better than the pictures and is beautifully decorated with comfortable bed and furniture. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is in a perfect location to walk to all of the sites in beautiful Dinan. Having a private elevator that opens into the apartment only adds to the feeling of a 5 star hotel. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return here again someday.

Very good location, between St Servan and Intra-muros. Sea view from all rooms and direct access to the sandy beach, I recommend it!

We had the most wonderful time in Dinard! The loft was stunning and very comfortable for the 7 of us. We got to meet the hosts at checkout and they were so friendly. Would recommend!

We had a perfect stay! The place was spotless, very clean, well decorated and as described. All the comforts were at the rendezvous, with the freedom and beauty of the estate that really makes the difference. The host was super responsive, welcoming, and available throughout the stay. Great stay. The apartment is conveniently located on the top floor of a small building. 50m from the ramparts. The sun (yes, yes there is in Brittany;) enters from everywhere and mixes with the beautiful colors of the apartment. I was alone with 2 teenagers who slept in the room with two single beds. Since I was alone, I was not bothered by sleeping on the clic-clac sofa (of good quality) in the living room, but the point of a couple is maybe a little worse... I recommend it anyway!!

Superb apartment in Saint-Malo intramuros: a few meters from the beach and everything nearby. A spacious and very well-equipped apartment where you can feel at home away from home. We had a great time in Dinan and its surroundings . This beautiful apartment is not for nothing. Beautiful decor, complete equipment and great location. The elevator that arrives directly into the apartment has its own effect... In addition, Catalin is available and responsive when needed. In short, you can go with your eyes closed!
