The loft was completely renovated in 2016. Quiet, it is located in a wooded park 8 km from Rennes airport, St Jacques de la Lande exhibition center and Ker Lann. It is accessed via an external metal staircase. The loft consists of an entrance with fitted and equipped kitchen, a living room with a large bay window overlooking the park, TV and dining area.
