We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

As a beginner on Airbnb, we get that fear, we do a lot of research, until we find a listing that looks good, we take risks and make the reservation, because well, with Carla you can do it without fear. Who once was, you know, but whoever wants to go, go! The space is in the heart of bohemian and gastronomy of Cabo Frio (about 40m), more precisely, in the Passage neighborhood, but also very close to the canal, with another immense variety of bars and restaurants, and the beach of the fort is right there, that is, a more than perfect location (other than that the Ilha do Japónes is 1 minute by boat, and the taxi boat is about 100m from the house). As for the infrastructure, super pleasant, cozy, useful, smelly, clean, new, in perfect condition. A place not only to sleep, but even to spend the day, cook, watch a movie. It is without regrets, literally, five stars.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well-equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (to go on foot) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it a lot easier. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores in the vicinity. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and ample outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

New stay at this residency was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very prominent. Everything worked out perfect, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! we also enjoyed winding fire and cooking a great asado. The location is optimal, everything is very few minutes away, either restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The park space, cleanliness, order, linens, cooking utensils, barbecue, sauna, pool table, all 10/10. Elaine is always very attentive, we give a very specific attention. We definitely want to come back again.

Very beautiful, spacious house, exactly as described on the site. The Pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood oven, large and well airy rooms, house close to shops and the beach, although the beach is quite agitated for bathing. The Tbm House has a lagoon with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was super worth it. We'll be back again!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

Very good stay, the apartment is just as it appears in the photos. We asked Marilanda for a transformer to connect the hair dryer and we had it in time. Very beautiful view, excellent location close to everything. The only thing is that there are many steps to climb. I counted 90 steps, so if you have little mobility, I do not recommend it. Thank you Marilanda for opening your home to us, we'll be back.

Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. Overall, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!
