We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

An incredible place, we were received in a sensational way, everything was very clean and tidy. Wonderful location with a perfect breathtaking view. The place has a space with a pool and an incredible barbecue to have that quality time with the family. I highly recommend it and it's worth every penny.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

We had an amazing weekend at Marlon's house! The space is extremely cozy... The area at the back of the house seems to embrace you when you arrive. Comfort, beauty, plants, an ideal space to share that family moment. The arrival at the house was very smooth, the host gives you the information clearly and accurately. He also performs good communication throughout the stay, responding quickly to any questions. It also has a catalogue of really cool recommendations to help you in Praia Seca and its surroundings. The house is very well equipped, with a freezer and refrigerator in the kitchen, pots and utensils, water filter, refrigerator and freezer in the outdoor area, as well as an incredible gourmet area (barbecue, wood stove and pizza oven). I recommend you visit this place. You won't regret it! Oh, take a pen and paper to continue the tradition (I won't tell you what it is, that detail is only for the guests of Casa Amarela🧡). The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. I cried a lot. Vcs deserve the world of happiness Arthur! Thank you so much for everything. And we've already heard of the wonderful novelty. What is already perfect will be unforgettable. The space is amazing and the host is a sweetheart! I felt at home and had days of rest. Peace is absolute, a perfect place for those who like nature without leaving comfort. There are many dogs in the neighbourhood and we receive many visits from them, we love the company!

We loved our stay. We were greeted with a delicious breakfast. The house is super modern and cozy, with a beautiful view of the sea. We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!

Simply everything perfect. Everything very clean, extremely fragrant bed linen and towels. Joana was always concerned about whether we needed anything and was super friendly. The house is exactly as in the photos, in fact even more beautiful, super cozy. The hydro worked perfectly well, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to the centre, but I didn't even want to leave the house to enjoy every moment lol At Checkout, I asked for a little more time and she promptly released it. Everything is great!

The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and ample outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. In person, the house is 10x better. I regretted not staying longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

I'm the shortest possible words: Casa do Sol is a priceless, unrivaled natural beauty. My wife and I celebrated our five-year anniversary here and I would recommend a stay to anyone. Simply stepping outside the front door in the morning you are greeted with a soul-rejuvenating view of Lumiar valley, with hills across from you that feel like you can reach out and touch them. For a New Englander with the White Mountains in their backyard and Fall foliage, I am familiar with stunning. But this was an entirely other level, with acres of banana trees, sugar cane, mango trees, and densely green everywhere, this is in the top five places I have ever been. On top of everything, seeing Swiss architecture and style in the middle of Brazil felt as though I had one foot in Brazil and one foot in Europe.

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

Very beautiful, spacious house, exactly as described on the site. The Pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood oven, large and well airy rooms, house close to shops and the beach, although the beach is quite agitated for bathing. The Tbm House has a lagoon with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was super worth it. We'll be back again!

Patrícia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived so late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours to check out to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!
