Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. SUPER COZY HOUSE😍😀

The house is in the condominium Verão Vermelho, Unamar, Cabo Frio. We have a great gourmet area with a beautiful pool. The house is completely fenced, providing peace of mind for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀
