Comfort and a wonderful view of Buzios

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.

Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
