However, potential tenants should be aware of a legal restriction, a court settlement with neighbors that prohibits excessive noise. Therefore, if the intention is to use loud sound, noisy engine vehicles or promote noisy events, it is essential to reconsider, as the police are activated immediately, resulting in the signing of a waiver. Despite this inconvenience, the stay was pleasant, with the sound restriction being the only negative point. In short, the property is ideal for guests seeking tranquility and silence, allowing only ambient music at low volume.

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. The host was an excellent communicator—always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A huge plus was the flexibility with check-out. That level of hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation is amazing, exactly as advertised. Mr. Murray was extra cautious about the information and very helpful. The site was well cleaned, which nowadays is being difficult to find in the accommodations even if you charge a cleaning fee. The place is super pleasant for those seeking lightness away from the urban centers. I highly recommend!!

I'm in love with this place... I always go to Tiradentes and from now on I'll only stay there with you... Tiradentes is wonderful, but staying there doesn't even make you want to go into town haha. Claudia was super kind and helpful, the cottage is amazing ... Thanks for the experience

Once again, we had an unforgettable experience at Lisa's dream house in Tiradentes! This is the second time we've stayed here, and every detail remains charming. Turning the year in this magical retreat, with the babies, was simply special. The house is cozy, impeccable and conveys a unique energy. Lisa, as always, was an amazing host, and Rosinha deserves a special mention: she assisted us with all her affection and promptness, making us feel even more at home. We can't wait for our next stay! The house is perfect for a group! The outdoor spaces are very nice and well appointed! We were able to enjoy the pizza oven and outdoor shower. Small downside, read the description before booking, you will be asked to pay for your electricity consumption at the exit. I highly recommend this listing

I had an excellent stay! The place is exactly the same as in the pictures: clean, organized and very welcoming. The private pool was a highlight — perfect for relaxing with privacy and comfort. The location is practical and safe, ideal for those who want to rest with peace of mind. Reginaldo was extremely attentive and helpful from the start, always available to ask questions and ensure a good experience. I highly recommend it for sure!

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

Very good house, my friends and I loved it, we were well received, we were comfortable, spacious and well-divided rooms accommodated 15 people well. Marcos is very polite, responsive and proactive. Petronio (caretaker) is excellent, he gave us all the support we needed.

Cristina was very attentive and complied with our requests, because, as we went with small and allergic children, we really need some details about the cleanliness, organization and structure. There are no points to claim . We just highlighted an extra attention to the air conditioners, as we noticed that they were a little dirty, but we understand that it is part of the constant use and it was a detail that would not prevent us from renting again. We intend to return soon !
