The apartment exceeded my expectations, much better than in the photos, it has all the necessary support, impeccable cleanliness and organization, the condominium is very safe, all the outdoor areas are very well maintained, impeccably clean, the staff are all very polite and helpful. The region and its surroundings have beautiful beaches. D Rosilda is a very polite and helpful host.

The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, it has all the amenities and everything you need for cooking. It is very well located, close to the Passagem neighborhood with lots of gastronomic options, a few blocks from the beach, and a few blocks from downtown.

Excellent stay, great location, has shops around you that cater to every need. Apartment equipped with virtually everything, air-conditioning and fans working perfectly. Leisure area with great swimming pool and is really a foot in the sand😄, as from the leisure area you pass directly to the beach. However, this beach has strong waves, not being so recommended for children, but the region is beautiful and has many other calm and quiet. It's worth knowing, it's just perfect! About the hostess, we only have compliments, answered us promptly in all contacts, I just have to thank you, we will come back more often for sure.

We stayed a group of 6, quite comfortable. Equipped kitchen, good air conditioning, bakery and a convenience store nearby. Giselle greeted us earlier to leave our luggages in even after checkout, a tremendous hostess! thank you so much for everything, I highly recommend it.

The space was spotless when we arrived. Furnished in a very practical and pleasant way, as well as very good taste in the decoration and facilities in the kitchen utensils. All in quality. Very large rooms and new and very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The balcony is very nice. The condominium staff is very helpful and the pool area is great to enjoy on a post beach or on days you don't want to leave. Perfect environment! We recommend with your eyes closed!

The apartment is very nice, good terrace. Very comfortable. Regarding Pontal do Arraial, and this is applicable to all accommodations in the area, the road is VERY undulating. If you rent a manual car you must know how to use it very well since there are very steep climbs with wells. However it is important to highlight that the Pontal area is magical. Arrival difficulties will not be bought with the immense beauty.

Excellent place, everything is very comfortable and the best thing is the friendliness of the people who assist you there. It meets all expectations and more than the pictures. It's a 6-minute drive to Rua de las Pedras.

5 stars, home really like the photos and very cozy. for those looking for privacy is the ideal one, it is 15 minutes from the center of Saquarema by car, a. the beach that is close is a little dangerous to enter. but the house is excellent, I leave as a suggestion the replacement of ceiling fans with a newer one.

Flat really foot in the sand, very cozy,clean, new td, safe. Anderson was waiting for us,he was very helpful and attentive. The neighborhood is great, I only found the streets without lighting, only the waterfront was well lit. But it was a great experience. We will definitely indicate and come back, God willing.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

We really like to spend the weekend at Apto da Alexandra. Your communication from the beginning to the end of the stay was excellent and very attentive. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago.
