The stay was excellent!!! The house is wonderful...perfect for spending time with friends and family!!! 10/10!!!! Common areas are perfect!!! And the employees s"extremely requested!! Be it only with adults or with children!!! Gramado, swimming pool, a beautiful barbecue, pool, toto, darts!!! I will return for sure!!!

Joana and Fernando's place surprised us positively. From communication to care for the details of the space to receive us. We were greeted by the gardener,who, by the way,very friendly and receptive. Dona Marinete helped us with the doubts during the stay and gave us tips on what to do in Nova Friburgo. Joana was careful to leave us useful phones like pharmacy,cafeteria available,to use if necessary. The neighborhood is super quiet,a refuge for those looking for tranquility and privacy. We use the barbecue,sauna and fireplace,all the items work perfectly,making the stay more enjoyable. A few meters away there is a mini grocery store (King of the trout) where you can find emergency items if you forget anything. By vehicle,in the village of Mury 6 Km away,it is possible to find a restaurant,market,pharmacy,butcher's shop. We went in 4 people,the space accommodates 6 people comfortably. We love it. We will certainly return.

Excellent location, close enough to enjoy the Carnival, about 10 min walk and far enough to not be bothered by it. The AP is quite complete, it has everything to spend long seasons in it. The condominium is also very large, with swimming pool, sauna, hydro, parking, reading area and more... Anyway, I will come back other times

Weekend was amazing! The house meets in every way! Having various environments so you can use. The staff are great, and super helpful. The food they made also very good! We didn't leave the house at any time! We'll be back soon for sure!

Zilda is a wonderful person and kind host, present, thoughtful and with a huge heart. Regarding check-in, she is flexible with the schedule, she gave us very useful information about the place and was always aware of any needs. The house is very complete, the bathrooms are large, the spaces are comfortable, all the rooms have a fan that is enough for the night temperatures. In addition that he gave us the churrasquera and all spaces for free use. Added to that near the place we had Porto da Bar, a complex of gastronomic places and very nice shops. To go to centro or some beach a little further away they offer three blocks in the avenida tranfers por 5 reales per stretch all over the peninsula. Without hesitation, I recommend the accommodation that Zilda offers a genius !!!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

The house is perfect for those who seek contact with nature, without giving up comfort and privacy. Even surrounded by green on all sides, the internet connection is good and stable and the facilities are very well taken care of. We were not lucky to catch days of sunshine, so the beautiful garden was more for contemplation and the fire pit that the housekeeper had prepared ended up serving to feed the living room fireplace. It was relaxing to spend the night listening only to the crack of the wood in the fire and seeing the fireflies in the balcony of the house. As for the hosts, Cecilia, Henrique and the homemakers were always very helpful. We want to go back with the most open time to enjoy more of the river and take a walk around the region, which is beautiful.
