Ocean View Cliff Arraial do Cabo A beach house with three bedrooms, one of which is a suite and one of them a bungalow outside the house. Tropical style, with a 180 degree view of the sea, this house is placed on a cliff, inside the Costa del Sol State Park. The place allows for great contact with nature, excellent sunsets and an endless pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Trekking, surfing, diving, stand up, and mountain biking can be practiced on a daily basis. The house is isolated from the city, as if it were a farmhouse, surrounded by the sea and very close to two of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Brazil. Praia do Farol and Prainhas. Ten minutes by car by a mud road, they separate the house from downtown. This is a special place because it took me six years to get permission to build there. It's the further east to the ocean to Patagonia. It also allows animals and smokers, we have air conditioning, kitchen with all cooking utensils and stove, refrigerator and TV. there is space to store the car. Easy access to the city. We are in the highest part of Cabo Frio: the only place with a mountain climate 10 minutes from the beach! Delicious in both cold and hot weather! The pool is spectacular (only on the property - shared by just 2 chalets). Our hosting is SMART, with Alexa connection and connected TV with main streams. Surrounded by preserved forest, you will experience days of great tranquillity, relaxing in the hammock, by the pool or on the sofa. And the Maldives super breakfast can be served in the room or pool (contracted separately).

Nice house, on the sand, facing the sea of Arraial do Cabo. We are 6 km, 11 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The space features an en-suite (sea view), with air-conditioning, a double bed, and a bi-bed with two single mattresses. Bedroom 2 (not en-suite), with air-conditioning, double box bed, with two single auxiliary beds. Pleasant cottage, on the sand, facing the wonderful blue sea and sunset of Arraial do Cabo. Enjoy our decks, top and bottom, with stunning views in a relaxing atmosphere. The house is in the condominium Verão Vermelho, Unamar, Cabo Frio. We have a great gourmet area with a beautiful pool. The house is all fenced in, allowing tranquility for those with pets or children. We have a beautiful ornamental lake, with some fish, we leave food for the children to be able to feed them and this ends up being fun! The house has 3 bedrooms (2 en-suites), all with air-conditioning😀
