Der Ort liegt an der Ostseite des Sees inmitten der typischen Holsteiner Landschaft auf halber Strecke zwischen Timmendorfer Strand Niendorf und Travemünde.

Auf insgesamt 35 qm befinden sich eine Wohnküche, ein separates Schlafzimmer und eine geräumige Dusche. Durch das Schlafsofa ist eine Benutzung auch zu dritt möglich, wir empfehlen aber nur 2 Gäste. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück, gegen Kostenbeteiligung kann auch die Wallbox zum Aufladen des Elektrowagens genutzt werden.

It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Our small apartment is located in Ratekau in a quiet cul-de-sac, only 8 km from the Baltic Sea and 10 km from Lübeck. Both can be reached very easily by car, bus or quite comfortably by bike. After a nice day trip, the day can end wonderfully in the evening sun on the balcony of the 55 sqm non-smoking apartment on two floors.
