Holiday rentals with a sauna in Ratekau

We were 6 people and a baby in the beautiful accommodation. There was plenty of room. The apartment was even bigger than it looked in the photos. It was all very clean. Even the sofa bed was very comfortable and offered a good quality of sleep. The highlight for us was clearly the sauna, which made us enjoy the holiday even more. We would always book the apartment. A very clear recommendation!

Kirsten's Airbnb is really worth a trip if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Everything was great, sometimes even nicer than in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at this property was really perfect. Great hosts, super equipped accommodation, even with a washing machine and many useful things. The kitchen is a modern kitchen like at home, where you can cook full meals. The outdoor facilities are also very well maintained and inviting. Since it is away from the hustle and bustle, you have your peace 99% of the time and it is quite private. The parking lot is an integral part of the accommodation, no long search. The hosts are particularly noteworthy, who really take care of everything and always communicate quickly. You get the feeling that they really care about making you feel completely comfortable as a guest. A dream for a family with small children. We would love to come again.

We were there with 2 couples over Pentecost... the house is just a dream. The furnishings + decor are perfectly matched. You could only feel comfortable and there was nothing missing. Questions were answered within 5 minutes. The house shone with cleanliness and the garden and green areas were also very well maintained... this place can only be recommended. Super sufficient for 4 people... especially because of the 2 bathrooms... we will be back...for us a 10 in 10...big thanks to the owners..

Really great accommodation. The decor is high-quality and tasteful and everything is still very new and thoughtful. The sauna is of course a special highlight. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back here if we go to Fehmarn again.

We had a great week in the holiday paradise Grube. The accommodation is very idyllic both indoors and outdoors with a sensationally large garden where you can linger for a long time. Overall, the location is just great: very quiet and at the same time convenient, as there is a restaurant (right next door), bakery, supermarkets and much more in the immediate vicinity. At the end of the street is the beautiful, old village church, which is very worth seeing. Thus, the small town of Grube already offers a lot of culture, but above all a lot of nature. Here there are bird watching stations and enchanting, small paths through the former lake lowlands, from which we were able to experience great sunsets and moonrises. By car, we were quickly at beautiful corners on the Baltic Sea, such as Heiligenhafen, Fehmarn, Grömitz and at the smaller beaches, which could also be easily reached by bicycle. Thanks to Benjamin and Elke for this beautiful holiday home with the many possibilities and encounters.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. Everything is nicely decorated, nothing is missing, the apartment was very clean and the sauna + floor heating perfect for relaxing in the winter. The location is wonderful anyway. The only thing that irritated us a bit was the strict "rationing" of garbage bags - we had one for three and a half days - and two dishwasher tabs. If you want to cook and take care of yourself in the apartment, that's not quite enough, that was the case with us. Nevertheless, we would do the trip to Kellenhusen again at any time!

Goods with 2 adults and 2 children for an extended weekend in the apartment. Perfect for our purposes. Plenty of space, clean and quiet. Very nice and friendly hosts. Located a few meters from the nearest subway but bus stop is not far away. Clear recommendation!

A beautiful holiday by the sea! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great time in this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable - just a short walk and you are at the sea. Perfect for morning walks on the beach or when the rain surprises you. The apartment itself is modern, cosy and lovingly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. A real highlight was the sauna, which provided pure relaxation after a long day in the fresh air. Everything was very clean, well equipped and the contact with the hosts was warm and uncomplicated. We are guaranteed to come back – you can hardly do a better holiday! 🌊🧖‍♀️☀️

We chose this cottage and village because we were looking for a quiet area for our dog for the turn of the year. The cottage was cozy, nicely decorated and met our expectations. Bakery is within walking distance, beaches of the Baltic Sea are nearby. There were some fireworks in the end, but after proportion it was very easy. Contact with hosts was quick and smooth. We enjoyed it!

We had a very nice stay at Kirsten's, everything was as described and Kirsten and her husband are very friendly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the amenities are more than sufficient. The children could even watch the farrier's visit. We would love to come back on our next visit to Dannau.

We had a great time in the apartment as a family. The apartment is above average well equipped and ideally suited for families with small children. Jan and his family are great hosts. Niendorf Nord can be easily reached by car and from there you can get to the city center super quickly with the U2. Perfect for sightseeing. If you want it quieter, you are also right outside in the fields. A great mix.

A really great place to stay in a great area, perfect amenities and extremely nice hosts, we felt very comfortable and were sad to leave again. No wishes remained unfulfilled, we will be happy to come back.

A beautiful accommodation in a great location, just a few minutes from the sea. Everything was very clean, lovingly furnished and cozy. We especially liked the comfortable beds, the gas grill and of course the sauna after a walk on the beach. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely like to come back at the end of the year and are already looking forward to fireplace and sauna evenings. Everything has been thought of here, even for the cold season. Absolutely recommended – thank you for the wonderful time!

The accommodation has a very nice and quickly heating sauna, which can be used spontaneously and without long planning. In addition, there is a large quiet garden - perfect for reading and resting or for making a campfire. The proximity to Lübeck and Schwerin is great to take a day trip. :) The only drawback is that it gets quite bright in the sleeping area, especially because there is a skylight in the east direction. A way to darken would be desirable here. Otherwise, it should also be mentioned that the surroundings with the lakes are really beautiful and you can also watch (wild)animals there very well. Hosts Scarlett and Robert are also happy to lend you binoculars and give you tips.😊

Rarely are my expectations exceeded on AirBnB but here it is absolutely true. We spent our annual family reunion with 3 generations in Grebin and only because of this fantastic accommodation we ignored the rain. The amenities and cleanliness are unmatched and we all had plenty of space, opportunities to relax, play and be together. The view of the horses, the visit of the hares in the meadow in front of the window and the loving design of the outdoor area did her good. Thank you 🙏

very nice house in a beautiful location.

We spent an extended weekend in this great holiday home on the Baltic Sea and felt very comfortable from the first moment. The house is furnished with a lot of love, super clean and really cozy – you can immediately tell that someone has thought about it. Originally, we thought that the house was directly on the sea, but it is in the second row. At first, we were briefly surprised, but that quickly turned out to be completely unproblematic. The beach is only a minute's walk away, and it was pleasantly quiet - perfect for switching off. We particularly enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace and the relaxed atmosphere in the house. Everything you need was there, and it was just a really nice little break. We will definitely be happy to come back!

We were very lucky to be able to spend a few days in this beautiful house – and we are completely thrilled! The location is wonderfully quiet, ideal for relaxing and breathing deeply. The house itself is not only very clean and lovingly furnished, but also radiates an incredibly pleasant atmosphere – you immediately feel welcome and at home. A real highlight was the extensive garden: rabbits hopping happily through the meadow, and even deer who paid us a visit in the morning – simply magical! The sauna is an absolute dream and perfect for relaxing hours – whether after a long day of surfing or just to enjoy. A big praise also to the warm hosts: From the first moment we were warmly welcomed, felt in good hands and could always turn to them with questions or concerns. This accommodation is an absolute recommendation – we will definitely come back!

We were with two families over an extended weekend in the house of Annika & Burkhard and felt very comfortable. The house is cosy and furnished with a lot of taste. Around the house, the children could romp around on the grounds and from the playground right next to the house, you can actually see the sea in the distance and enjoy the sunset. The communication was great and help was given quickly - we will come back!!
