Great!! Looking forward to rent it again our next trip

I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

Quiet,easy access to public transport. Oxxo nearby. Two swimming pools

Lacasa è pulita, grande e molto bella con uno spazio esterno godibilissimo. La zona è tranquilla e molto sicura. La nostra permanenza è stata di tre settimane e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene!

Marco es muy atento, siempre contesta de inmediato cualquier pregunta. La casa tal cual se ve en las fotos, y la alberca está muy bien!. Súper importante: si bien te aclaran que Luz y agua se pagan aparte, nunca te dicen que es carísimo!!! $1,200 pesos por dos días, y eso considerando que tratamos de consumir lo menos posible. Si no te importa gastar en eso, la casa vale mucho la pena.

Mi familia y yo pasamos unas vacaciones hermosas, era muy cómodo llegar a un espacio tan ordenado y bonito. el acceso a la piscina suma muchos puntos extras. (creo que la usamos casi todos los días) Además en casa cuenta con grill para asar carne. fue una experiencia muy buena.

Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

Enrique and Maria are ABSOLUTELY outstanding hosts! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us we truly enjoyed ourselves:). They had great recommendations with anything you may need. They are very friendly and make you feel like family I can’t say enough about them. The house is perfect for a family of 5 even 6. Location is 10 min drive to beach where you have many restaurants and shops. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for everything!!

Tres beau site et sécuritaire. Le staff est tres gentil. Piscine et installations tres bien. Daniel est un bon hôte. Communique rapidement et efficace. Belle maison et tres propre. Il ne manque de rien dans cette maison. Merci Daniel

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

La casa es igualita que en las fotos. muy bonita y cómoda. Cuenta con todo para guisar, lavar, secar ropa etc. No está a bordo de playa pero está muy cerca en carro. venden comida cerca y a buen precio. nos sentimos como en casa la verdad. Gracias Maria y Cris

El alojamiento estaba bien en ratio precio-calidad. Si bien se encuentra bastante alojado de la zona céntrica, solo a 100mts encuentras una estación de alquiler de bicicletas públicas, eso nos permitió mitigar la distancia y poder recorrer todas las playas.

Had an amazing stay at Gerardo’s place in Playa del Carmen! He was super responsive and friendly throughout. The house is even better in person; clean, spacious, and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It’s a great location, easy to walk to nearby spots or grab a quick taxi to tourist areas. The home has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, internet, and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The highlight is the rooftop with a private soaking pool and outdoor space; perfect for enjoying the warm weather. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

excelente estancia y confortable. muy limpio y ordenado el lugar. me brindo toda la información del acceso a la privada y no hubo inconveniente. el único detalle fue el wifi de ahí en fuera todo a como indica su anuncio. gracias
