BBQ grill terrace, hammock, Wifi, grocery store on the corner of Circle K and Gomart. Very close to Walmart, restaurants , bars, shopping centers the Plaza Américas, Puerto Cancún ,beach area.Bus stop on the corner to destinations in Cancun and Riviera Maya, in car very close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres.

Precioso departamento equipado, muy cómodo y con alberca. Extraordinaria ubicación en la zona turística del centro de Cancún, en una calle tranquila y segura, a pocos pasos del Mercado 28 y de una avenida importante con acceso a camiones de zona hotelera para ir a la playa, por lo que es genial para movilizarse caminando o en transporte público... No necesitas rentar auto! Está cerca de todo! Restaurantes, bancos, lavandería, gimnasio, gasolinera, Oxxo, Walmart y el famoso Mercado 28!

Beautiful & well located apartment in Cancún!

This is a pretty & cozy apartment with 2 rooms with double bed, bathroom full kitchen and living room. Outside you will find a comfy space with 2 swings to read, relax and enjoy the blue sky. We are located two blocks from the famous Market 28 where you can find restaurants with local food, atm, souvenirs, exchange, stores etc... We are 15 minutes walking distance from Tulum main avenue where all buses connection are & also we are 30 minutes walking distance from Cancún beach.
