Very nice place to stay, in fact nicer than in the photos, Mary was always looking out for us, giving us quite useful instructions, there is Oxxo and super nearby, although transport is necessary to be able to easily reach the fifth Av.

The place was exactly as posted. Communication was very outstanding, and it was very safe. And of course the 7-11 is very convenient

Overall, my experience was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality, This place is a perfect choice. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Ryan’s place was wonderful! The apartment looked just like the photos and was so beautiful and spacious! Having two balconies was wonderful, especially with a hot tub on the bedroom balcony! The rooftop was rarely busy and if on the off chance it was, there are 6 pools total to choose from along with a rooftop bar and sports bar to entertain yourselves! There was also a game room on the roof you could sign up to use at front desk which we used for playing pool and the room has couches, tv and kitchen for your own private use!! Overall the communication with Ryan, the location of the apartment and the actual apartment were absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Ryan!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The views were stunning, and the location was wonderfully private, tucked away on a quiet street. The balcony was a highlight—perfect for enjoying coffee with a breathtaking backdrop. The host was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. Jessica and her beautiful place are wonderful! She met us when we got there. The whole property is a gorgeous garden with greenery and flowers. The pool is sparkling and the house is clean and decorated so nice! It is easy to walk to dozens of little shops and restaurants. There are fruit shops and tortilleria nearby. I recommend that you walk up the main street to get tortas of cochinita in the morning. At night you can walk to a hundred places... but practically next door is El Picudo seafood restaurant. This is such a cute place and the hostess makes your stay comfortable. I couldn't ask for more.. oh yeah, the water pressure is great too!

The location is good and central to visit several sites, the property according to the description, very quiet and pleasant fractionation, the pool nice and clean, the vigilantes are always ready to help you. The host was helpful at all times, the house full of supply of all kinds. Highly recommended, I hope to come back again.

Definitely the best place you can find in Playa del Carmen, the apartment felt like being at home, it doesn't miss anything at all, it has everything, its apartment and the luxury facilities, the great amenities, Olivia was very attentive and very friendly, walking to 5th avenue was a great walk, it's like 12 minutes, definitely I'll be back! the best place in Playacar is here!

Super nice accommodation with a private jacuzzi, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we did not have access to the car park. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated, even if it was beyond their control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend!!!

Amazing price for a condo that has all you need. Rooftop pool is very nice and great for when the beaches are filled with seaweed. Stefano was very quick to respond to any questions and made the check in/check out very simple. Only thing to take note is that you’re right on the main street, so expect some loud music to be played at night.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Cathy’s place in Puerto Morelos for two adult couples and a 2 year old. The place is quiet, private, and safe, but still close to all you want to be near in PM. It has everything you need and Cathy is an INCREDIBLE host (very responsive, quick to problem solve, and eager to please). You will have NO regrets about booking your stay here. Pool is clean and well maintained, beach is GORGEOUS, complex is quiet but very friendly, AC units inside work great, potable water is provided in the unit. Of note, as is common in the region, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the trash (again, very typical for this area). We will definitely consider coming back on our next trip to PM!

It met our expectations, we had an excellent stay. The apartment was as shown in the photos. The pool is perfect, and the condominium is spacious, perfect for accommodation. The host's service was excellent, very kind. 100% recommended if you want to spend time with family, friends or if you just want to be close to the main avenues

We enjoyed our stay. Great spot within walking distance of downtown Puerto Morelos. Will consider staying here again on our next trip.

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs, and this one was the best one yet—such a high value for a low price. Camille and Edir were phenomenal hosts; Edir especially met us in person a few times and was so amazing and gave above-and-beyond service. The apartment itself is incredibly beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, but feels even more spacious than the photos. I was so impressed with the laundry service, daily housekeeping and beautiful pool right on the beach. This stay was an enormous value!!! Thank you Edir and Camille!!
