Condo holiday rentals in Puerto Morelos

We booked Judith's listing last minute after a different Airbnb fell through. From the start of our interactions, Judith was very timely in responding and proactively gave us instructions for the space. The building manager Juan also helped us to get acquainted with the location and responded promptly to questions or needs we had. It's a beautiful building, close to 38th street where there are many bars and restaurants, and we had access to a rooftop patio which was nice to watch the sunset. It can be a bit noisy at night because of how close the place is to La Quinta. Despite Juan and Telcel's attentiveness, the internet was a bit spotty from the start and throughout our weeklong stay. We made it work and felt that the host did their best to rectify the situation. Overall, we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book this place again.

This appartment is in the middle of all that is happening in Playa del Carmen. you can walk absolutely everywhere. taxi service is in the front door. The only downfall is the noise from 5th avenue. luckely we were so exhausted after each buzy day that it did not disturb us at all.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Prior to arrival there was excellent communication, information and directions. Karen’s provided e-guide book was the best as it was the first we’d ever received in all the vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed, binders are ok but having an e-guide prior to arrival was awesome. The entire unit was clean, uncluttered and well decorated. Kitchen necessities (coffee maker, dishes, glasses, etc.) were well supplied as well as drinking water. Nice having a washer & dryer, detergent & brooms and such. Provided parking was a plus as we had rented a car (SNAP Rental in Cancun). Two beach towels per bedroom were very handy for the beach. Bed & pillows were comfortable. Outdoor patio was spacious with a comfortable sleeping hammock, nice table for fresco dining, a couch & chair. It overlooked a canopy of trees.Karen provided suggestions on places to visit & eat and the places we did visit we were very happy with. Cruz Con Mar 405 we miss already, but will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! It was THE Perfect place for us and our family. There was so much for the kiddos to do, and the space was very relaxing for us, as adults. We loved the spaciousness of the space....it was larger than the pictures portrayed. The pool is spectacular! The lagoon is so tranquil. We didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back! And thank you Ron for all of your support and help during our stay.

everything was very simple and the place is privileged. if you are bothered by the noise at night can be annoying. but the truth for that i wanted to be very close to the tourist area and nightlife to be able to walk without problems at night. the place is very quiet and nice. would only suggest sealing the shower in the main room because the water is passed. excellent place

This was a lovely place to stay for me and my friends. The pool in the middle of the building was gorgeous and well-maintained. The other tenants in the building were very friendly. We felt secure and comfortable throughout our stay. The host was very responsive, and gave us local restaurant recommendations. Those we tried were affordable and delicious. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this place to anyone. On a separate note, if you’re the kind of group that likes to check their outfits in the mirror, or do their makeup with ample lighting, there is no full-length mirror in the condo unfortunately, and lighting in the front of the mirrors was a little dimmer than my friends and I are used to. Not a big deal, just FYI.

This ecostay has everything you need if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and post scuba diving oasis. Relax by the pool their backyard is quite peaceful. It’s clean, it’s calm out there. The hosts are extremely nice, helpful and responsive. Definitely go with their recommendations for dinner and you won’t be disappointed.

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

I loved the place, super quiet and safe, not so close to 5th Avenue but enough to get there quickly and not have any noise to be able to rest, the house is just as shown in the photos, with everything necessary to cook and a little more, Liliane was attentive to answer questions, and she allowed us to leave a few hours later due to our flight schedule, very grateful to her, we felt right at home.

A good place to enjoy Playa del Carmen, excellent service and attention from the staff who work in the building

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

I loved Erika’s place so much that I had to come back with my son! The space is clean, fresh and has everything you need for your stay. She gives you a list of so many things to do for adults and kids that are beyond fun and beautiful. She recommended a local car rental company that went above and beyond for an amazing price as well. I highly recommend staying at Erika’s place :)

This is a fantastic place if you’re looking for a relaxing, safe and beautiful area near Playa del Carmen!

We had an amazing stay at Jim's apt. We were a group of 8, and everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The palace was clean and immaculately kept. A big shout-out to Sandra, who was more than amazing. She checked on us regularly before the trip even started and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apt is located steps away from the beach and the most happening street in Playa del Carmen. All sorts of restaurants/bars and convenience stores are a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend Jim's place, especially for bigger families.

The condo was in a great location and walkable to restaurants, grocery and shops. The condo was clean and spacious. The roof top patio and pool were fantastic. A great place with a large, walk out patio. Nice to have 24 hour security too.

This a wonderful apartment in a great location, the Beach is only a few steps away, lots to do. The host is very attentive, friendly and responsive. This is definitely on top of the list when returning to Playa.

A great apartment near the beach and downtown Playa del Carmen, but on a closed street that makes the area quiet. The apartment is very spacious , for 5 or 6 people, it is comfortable, and also has a wonderful terrace. Also in the penthouse you can enjoy some pools with incredible views as shown in the photos

Clean, well-maintained, close to shops and places to eat. If you are sensitive to noise you should know that it is not from the quieter buildings.

My husband and I just finished our one month stay in Estiven’s condo unit. What a great place to stay. His condo unit is clean and equipped with everything you need. Honestly I have never had an Airbnb with such good kitchen supplies, linens, and extras (beach chairs, floats, cooler etc…) The couch and beds were new and comfortable. The unit is conveniently located close to the pool, club house and front gate. The Selva complex is wonderful. It has a great community pool, organized pickleball, yoga classes, aqua-fit and weekly social activities like karaoke and live music. If you are a walker, you can get to groceries and restaurants in 25 minutes. You can get to convenient stores in 15 minutes. Taxis are inexpensive and readily available to take you shopping or to the beach. Public transportation is also close by. Anyone would be happy here. Please note it is a 3rd floor unit without elevators. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

I really like the independent set up, with private full bathroom, decent shower, burner with pots and pans to prepare meals - food and pharmacy minutes walk. I'd stay here again. It was my first time to Playa del Carmen, definitely worth another visit.

We were here for 2 months. The condo is in a great location central to many fabulous restaurants and a fancy grocery store. It is exactly like the photos. Lovely view with a private balcony. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Juan and the other staff were helpful and friendly. The host, Steve, gave us many great local suggestions. Highly recommend staying here.

Very cute place. Looks like the pictures. The girls used the private pool once and the public pool a few times. Even though we had wrist bands we were not able to use the roof top. One other thing it didn’t have an oven so we couldn’t make pizza for the girls one night after a long day in the sun. But that was no big deal since we were hardly home. The master shower can be a bit of a challenge because you have to step down into it. The unit is very close to 5th street and all the attractions. It’s beachfront so very convenient being next to the Mamitas beach! Across the street is a 7 Eleven which we loved! Our girls were always wanting snacks! The host was amazing and super fast on responding. I can’t believe she responded to me at 2am one morning. I had to leave to the airport at 5am that morning and she still helped me with questions I had prior to check out. I dont think she sleeps very well when she has to respond to renters like me. She is amazing! Thank you! 😁
