Practical Studio 8 blocks from CTM Beach

Studio on Calle 52 between Av 15 and 20. It has a basic kitchenette, a private bathroom inside the room and air conditioning. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!!! It is 2 blocks from 5th Avenue and 5 minutes from the beach. There is only hot water in the shower and cold water in the sink and dishwasher. For better comfort and no surprises, it is important that you take into account the tropical climate and ecosystem of the Riviera.
