I just want to start by saying Paco is the best host we have ever had in our 20+ air bnb stays.Our previous scheduled transportation didn't show up and he found transportation very last minute for us which was not his job but he was nothing but helpful. The check in was a little confusing but he was quick to reply and help. I would recommend anyone to his properties as his pictures really don't do them justice

Lacasa is clean, large and very nice with a very enjoyable outdoor space. The area is quiet and very safe. Our stay was three weeks and we had a really good time!

It was very nice! The house was very clean and beautiful. We stayed here for 14 days Enjoyd them all ! Everyone needs to know the garden is beautiful the pool is great and Marco is a great host ! Will definitely come back again

Confortable and pleasant stay! Ann was very quick to answer our questions and there is a local manager, Alejandra, who is very helpful and available. It is better if you have a car because you are about 15 minutes drive to downtown Playa Del Carmen. Also 15-20 minutes walk to the beach. Condo as described and well furnished. Plenty of towels available for the beach but no chairs or umbrella. We enjoy our stay!

Edna’s place is fantastic! After we had a previous host cancel on us 3 days before our trip I was panicked about finding another place. Edna was so quick with all her communication with us (usually 5-10 minutes) and the directions and check-in was easy-peasy. The house is clean and charming and very comfortable. That was a big deal to us- to have a comfy couch and chairs in the living space to relax in after a busy day. The beds were also very comfortable, I slept great! We loved staying in a residential area rather than a hotel. But I did appreciate the gated community, I felt very safe. The backyard was a pleasant surprise- I loved eating breakfast out on the patio. And 3 showers came in handy with 6 of us needing to shower after a day in the ocean. I believe it is a tankless water heater, so we never ran out of hot water (bonus!). The washer and dryer came in handy for our week long stay and the kitchen totally met our needs. We didn’t cook anything since we wanted to experience the local food, but we did use the fridge and microwave. Be aware that there isn’t an oven (if you are hoping to bake). We were close to 2 supermarkets and even closer to several convenience stores. And the beach in Puerto Morelos really is only about 5-6 mins by car (but parking can be tricky down by the beach). Edna had 2 empty 5 gallon jugs for purified water- we just brought them to the store and exchanged them for full bottles (less than $2 each- cheapest way to do drinking water). Overall, I definitely recommend staying at Edna’s. She’s a great host and her place is perfect.

We rented for the kitchen and stayed due to the extra touches (each room has a city theme (NYC, London, and Paris). The neighborhood is vey friendly, with lots of kids, and the neighbors are quick to help each other. Esteban and his team are friendly, responsive, and quickly complete the work. Before renting be aware of the location. A tremendous value, it is FAR from the beach, ~10k steps.

Have stayed in Playacar a few times over the years and have always been happy with the area. This trip was no exception. Beautiful home in a quiet area, well maintained, with great amenities, easy walking distance from almost everything.

Let’s start with the pros! This house is gorgeously decorated and it's well equipped for an extended stay. The kitchen has all the cooking items you may need and a nice coffee maker. We loved that the water jugs could be connected to the refrigerator water dispenser. A rare luxury in our year long travels within Mexico! The house is also made with quality building materials, which you'll appreciate if you stay during hurricane season like we did. We loved how spacious it was and the natural light that came in was terrific. We work from home and the high speed internet was great. We used the upstairs bedroom with the bunk beds as an office. There were two giant desks in that room that were great to work from. The big smart TVs in each room were awesome. The private pool is phenomenal and it has nice colorful lighting for late night swims. The community pool and workout room are also great.   That said, there are some things to be aware of. Every bed has rock solid mattresses. We typically like firm mattresses, but this was even harder than we would have preferred. Be aware that the washer/dryer combo takes a long time to complete a load and the water pressure for the shower seemed lower downstairs than upstairs. The front security gate must be informed by the owner's you are coming to check in. After you are checked in, you must inform security about any taxi you may have called, or any deliveries or visitors. They only speak Spanish, but you can Whatsapp them with help of Google Translate if you don't speak Spanish. Uber Eats is very limited here and Rappi does not service the area at all. You can WhatsApp PlayaNow for carryout, but they do have a hefty delivery fee. There are some restaurants you can call directly and order in español, but it may not be the ones you want to order from. Major supermarkets like Walmart, Chedrai and Soriana will deliver, but it’s a little tricky to figure out the address online because the community is off an unnamed road. If you choose to do without a car rental, there aren’t taxis in the area, so you will have to call a service to have one pick you up. It’s about 100 pesos ($5 USD) in each direction to Centro. The only way taxis know where you live is if you say you live in Bali, which is a larger gated community on the same unnamed road. 

Great home it was very comfortable for our family of 8, excellent service from the host- very responsive. Safe area with gated security, felt safe and the area was quiet and away from all tourist attractions but still within 8-10 minutes from downtown playa del Carmen and xcaret parks.

The place was fine in price-quality ratio. Although it is quite lodged in the central area, only 100mts you find a public bicycle rental station, that allowed us to mitigate the distance and be able to tour all the beaches.

The stay is very pleasant. It's a private subdivision, with access control and very quiet for hours of rest. Very complete kitchen and very clean rooms.

Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed it a lot, we felt at home, the location is very good, close to everything. We'll be back soon. Thank you for having us.

Our hosts were great. Very helpful and responded very quickly. The place was very quiet and easy to access. The pool was nice to have and the ground are maintained well. We rented a car, but access by bus seemed very easy to navigate. Small local restaurants in walking distance.

Makul 12 is a gem of a unit. the place has plenty of space and has a great modern feel. there is ample space outside for BBQ gatherings pool and nice jacuzzi. beach is a 20 min walk away . security is good . Mario is always around to help with anything. kitchen is well equipped. I stayed there with my family for a week . was able to explore the real Mexico. a car is handy to have to explore. the airport is an hour away. very centrally located . this unit can host 3 couples easily. the bedrooms all have king-size beds . thank you for hosting this unit. highly recommended .

I was skeptical to book this place as it’s a new listing with no reviews. This was a quick few day stop before headed to our next destination. The place is truly amazing and I felt so much at home. I told her it was our anniversary trip and she had a bottle of wine and a really sweet note left for us. I’m truly sad I didn’t book all of my trip here at this home. Lorraine has a fully equipped home with so much more to offer than in her description. I was thrilled to find a coffee bar with a variety of options as we love coffee in the morning, we had our cup in the patio and we truly loved it. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness throughout the house, the cleanliness, how fast she responded, house was cozy, I felt very safe, and for the flexibility of an early check in! I asked Lorraine for recommendations in parks and she recommended the park Xel-Ha, it’s was truly incredible! I look forward in returning and booking your home again for the entirety of our visit, Thanks again!
