Bellissima posizione nella natura, immerso in tranquillità e quiete. Comodo a tutti i servizi. Stanze pulite e accoglienti. Ottimi accoglienza e consigli da parte di Simonetta e del marito. Veloce e agevole raggiungere da qui i diversi punti turistici. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Grazie

The castle is a gem, once in a lifetime experience. With the decor and the overall aspect of the house, you feel like in a palace. Very spacious with everything you need in the kitchen. On the downside, it was a bit cold but our host turned on the heat and it was ok. Andrea was very helpful, giving us local recommendations and always pending to our needs. It was quite a medieval feel to our stay and we loved it.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nell'alloggio di Darcy ed Adolfo. La casa bellissima, pulitissima e con una cucina super fornita (tantissimi utensili!). Apprezzatissimo il letto per bambini e soprattutto i tanti giocattoli sia dentro che fuori casa, il nostro bambino (1 anno) li ha usati tanto. Darcy ed Adolfo sono stati disponibili ma mai invadenti; abbiamo visitato la stalla con gli animali due volte con loro e sono stati gentili facendo accarezzare gli animali a nostro figlio, compresi i pulcini che erano nati da poco. Gli animali ben tenuti e bellissimi! La strada sterrata per raggiungere la proprietà è sterrata e piuttosto lunga ma ne vale la pena perché il luogo è tranquillo e meraviglioso, noi comunque con una city car siamo riusciti benissimo a percorrerla. Consigliatissimo, grazie davvero!

Emanuel und Anna sind superfreundliche Gastgeber! Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre fantastische Terrasse mit einem wundervollen Blick in die Landschaft. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an nichts. Das kleine Dorf wirkte sehr freundlich und die freundliche Art der Dorfbewohner haben wir sehr geschätzt. Alles war sehr unkomliziert. Zum Schluß half uns Emanuel sehr, sehr großzügig mit unserer Reifenpanne. Dafür noch einmal ein dickes Danke! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay and Lucio was very welcoming and his communication was fast and informative. The apartment was in a great location in walking distance of everything you want to see if Orvieto. Our phone reception was a bit patchy when we arrived into Orvieto due to the eSIM provider we used but all we had to do was find a spot with phone reception so we could reach Lucio to let him know we had arrived. He was very punctual with checkin.

Cute place and super charming. Everything was clean and worked properly.

Casina splendida e suggestiva immersa nella natura delle campagne circostanti, ideale per staccare dalla routine e dalla frenesia. Nonostante siamo certi che, per i servizi offerti (piscina, barbecue, giardino) d’estate sia ancor più eccezionale, ci siamo trovati benissimo. È tutto come da descrizione. Enzo è stato gentilissimo e flessibile con gli orari del check in. Ci ha accolto calorosamente e si è messo a completa disposizione. Nella casina ci ha fatto visita qualche insettino ma è più che normale vista la location, sarebbe stato strano il contrario. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.

Es una casa maravillosa, muy bien cuidada y decorada y en un sitio precioso, bastante cerca de Viterbo. En la casa no falta un solo detalle, y dispone de todo tipo de artículos de cocina, baño, etc. Sin duda un sitio para repetir y para recomendar, de las mejores casas que he conocido en Airbnb. Trato excelente, personal y cercado, de Antonella y su hermana. Gracias!

Na onze boeking werden we via de site warm verwelkomd door de verhuurster die is bruikbare informatie omtrent het huis, de route en de omgeving. Het huis biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om samen te zijn en je even terug te trekken. De slaapkamers zijn ruim, de badkamer is prettig en de keuken is goed uitgerust. Kortom, het huis, de gastvrijheid maar ook zeker de omgeving hebben bijgedragen aan een zeer prettig verblijf.

Villa Elciarelli is located in a fantastic location - a few minutes away from the beautiful Civitella del Lago and ~30 mins away from Orvieto centro. The large apartment (which covers the entire first floor of a two-story villa) enjoys a panoramic and peaceful view over the Umbrian hills covered in olive trees, vines and wild flowers. The house is well equipped and welcoming with an old French countryside vibe. The children rooms had board games, toys and many interesting books. We were the only guests there so it felt mostly private. The pool, which was much larger than we expected, is shared with the hosts. Marco and Nicole were kind and welcoming hosts. We very much enjoyed getting to know them and their family. We think villa Elciarelli is a great option for those looking for a rural getaway in the Umbrian countryside.

We had a wonderful stay in Orvieto! Firm but comfortable beds. Good water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water. Well stocked kitchen. A/C in the bedrooms that worked well. Shutters on windows kept the rooms dark for sleeping. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Wonderful walkable town.

We stayed at this farmhouse (along with the neighboring villa) for nine nights with a group of close friends and had an incredible time! The views, pool, and surrounding area are spectacular—even better than the photos convey. It is exactly the Italian countryside experience we were hoping for. The host, Maria, and her family also went out of her way to make sure our entire stay was pleasant and memorable, including helping us arrange chefs for three of the evenings and local drivers to see local sites.

Cinzia e suo marito sono stati degli ospiti perfetti. Oltre ad aver accomodato il check-in in base alle nostre esigenze, ci hanno dato il benvenuto in modo cordiale, mostrandoci tutto il necessario per la nostra permanenza. L’appartamento è fornito di ogni comodità: dagli utensili da cucina e toletteria ad i calici per un buon bicchiere di vino di fronte al fantastico camino (che ci hanno fatto trovare pronto per essere acceso, un vero tocco di gentilezza e premura che dimostra la natura estremamente disponibile degli ospiti). La pulizia era impeccabile: ogni superficie e zona della casa è stata curata con estrema dovizia. Il luogo poi è incantevole, quasi fiabesco, estremamente suggestivo per un week end fuori porta di relax e riposo. Fortemente consigliato, noi torneremo di sicuro!

Ottimo alloggio per rilassarsi e respirare un po’ di aria pulita nelle campagne umbre. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, pulito ed ordinato. Esperienza consigliata!

We only had a night to stay in Cristiana’s place but it was the perfect pit stop. Prior to the trip, she answered any questions and requests very quickly. She even sent a video on how to access the home. We asked her for parking recommendations and she responded within minutes. The actual place itself was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and check out the next day was easy.

Esperienza bellissima, la casa è molto accogliente ben rifinita, molto attrezzata, in particolare la cucina è professionale. L'immobile è ubicato in una zona deliziosa tra l'Umbria e la Toscana da cui è possibile fare diverse gite. Consigliato per gruppi con famiglie, le finestre della casa incorniciano una splendida vista sulle colline antistanti in particolare su Città della Pieve. I ragazzi dell'agenzia che gestisce la struttura sono veramente molto gentili e sempre disponibili. Esperienza molto bella da ripetere! super consigliato!!

Our whole family loved our stay at Borgo Di Pianciano. The property is very serene and the house was perfect for a family gathering while in the area for a wedding. We loved gathering in the kitchen and dining room after long days of traveling to visit other cities like Spello, Trevi, Assisi and the Montefalco winery called Montione, which was amazing. We also had pizza made in the kitchen pizza-oven the evening of our arrival - which was fantastic and very relaxing. I have to say that Livia was one of the best hosts we have ever communicated with and also helped arrange some groceries from the local market for our arrival. She had so many great recommendations about the area and was always quick to respond. The groundskeepers family were also really helpful with rides and pickups around the area when we preferred not to drive. The whole experience was amazing and we can’t thank Livia, Cat & Daniella enough. We would definitely return.

La casa di Monica ... è casa tua! Arrivare e vivere qualche giorno in pace con la natura non ha prezzo La signora ci ha accolte con estrema famigliarità offrendoci un prosecco per festeggiare la festa della donna Ambiente pulito, silenzioso e spazioso. Ricco di ogni confort ci ha permesso di trascorrere giornate all’aria aperta , di cantare fino a tardi senza disturbare nessuno e di cucinare carne alla brace nello spazio organizzato nel giardino della casa. Aspettiamo con ansia qualcos’altro da festeggiare per poterci tornare… per una vacanza in gruppo Grazie Monica Arianna, Francesca, Manuela, Gloria, Rosa, Rossella

Very well designed place. Modern kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. Nice spot close to restaurants and attractions points. Self check-in was a breeze. Helped accomodate an earlier check-in time. Beds were super comfy. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks, very appreciated after a long travel day. Washer and dryer was very convenient as well. Items that can bring the experience to a higher level : 1) small couch instead of the two chairs 2) get the shower drain to work better as water puddles after 3 mins of running water.

Our recent stay at Palazetto di Marmo was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views that surrounded the villa and the charming little village. Traveling with a group of six, we found the villa to be beautifully appointed, offering both comfort and luxury. The sophisticated and masterful interior design truly set Palazzetto di Marmo apart. Each room was designed with exquisite taste and attention to detail. The outdoor terrace and the adjoining pool area provided perfect spots for relaxation. Our days were filled with adventure as we embarked on various hiking trails and visits to nearby vineyards and historic towns. The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. Vi besøgte Alices fantastiske villa i vores sommerferie. Det var en virkelig god oplevelse. Alice var sød og meget hjælpsom - hvis der opstod det mindste problem var hun til rådighed. Hun var meget venlig og gav os lov til at plukke tomater og salat fra den indhegnede have. Villaen og omgivelserne var endnu bedre end det billederne viser! Der er en utrolig flot udsigt og alt er bare i orden. Vi nød at der var aircondition på alle værelser og at der var håndklæder og sengetøj til rådighed. Derudover var vi meget glade for det store fællesrum, hvor man kunne slappe af i sofaen mens andre lavede mad i det dejlige køkken. Der var rent og pænt og alt hvad man skulle bruge. Poolområder og poolhusene var også meget lækre. Alt i alt en perfekt ferie i skønne omgivelser, som vi i den grad kunne finde på at rejse tilbage til!

Moira’s place was terrific, I couldn’t ask for a better host. Her cafe is convenient to the apartment and she was very attentive to our needs. The apartment in my opinion was nicer than what is posted. The kitchen is small but it has everything you’d need to prepare meals so no complaints. I would most definitely stay here again. Trevi is very nice quiet town.
