Holiday rentals with a balcony in Province of Ancona

The house is even better than in the photos, all new and cared for. Really the top! There is practically nothing missing (there is a washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer, etc.). They also provide comfortable small courtesy kits as soon as you arrive. The solarium, the jacuzzi with a view, leave you speechless. Everything is thought out in every detail. The view is beautiful. The only downside is perhaps the location on the street, but it is not so busy as to bother you and privacy is always guaranteed. You need a car to reach shops and restaurants. Host always attentive and responsive to requests. The Wi-Fi issues (which we needed to work), unable to solve it on the fly, they still found a solution. A pleasant discovery!

The apartment was super clean and equipped with every appliance. The great location for every trip to the area and with a nice view, in a super quiet area. Wide spaces and above all beautiful terrace! The host is always available for every need

Michela is a very friendly and kind host, we had no problems at check-in or check-out and communication was always quick. The house is better than in the photos and has a cozy terrace on which to have breakfast or aperitif, taking some air and admiring the view. The location is not central, but in 5 minutes you can reach the square and there is a very comfortable parking lot right behind the house. The double bedroom is slightly warm, maybe a fan would have brightened the living room even more. Overall we had a great time, Michela also provided us with a welcome kit with soaps in addition to all the linens. It was a very pleasant stay!

Property that enjoys privacy and tranquility. Spacious and well organized spaces equipped with every comfort. Quality furnishings and appliances. I've never found a cleaner place. The view from the living room is a pleasure for the eyes because it is well lit thanks to the large windows (so clean that it is almost invisible). Large parking spot next to its own independent entrance. Friendly, helpful, and attentive hosts. Perfect check-in and checkout. The place is so cute and well-equipped that we didn't need to disturb the host for any reason . We stayed with two young children and would be happy to go back. Highly recommended !!!!!

We were able to stay with Michaela at very short notice and it was really great. Very nice communication, you should not be fooled by the external impression of the residences. Inside everyone is great. And with the pool, tennis courts, etc. Lots of options. How to come back gladly!
