Margherita is a very welcoming, friendly and communicative host. The apartment, in addition to being comfortable, also had a wide variety of breakfast items. Which we really appreciated.

We had a great week. The house has a spectacular view and offers everything you need. Cinzia and her husband were always very kind and available for every need and we will definitely return to their home for a relaxing stay.

If you are looking for a quiet real place surrounded by nature, this is the place. We arrived late at the evening with an uncertain arrival time and that would not have been possible without a code box for check-in. Nothing was missing from the apartment. From here you can take nice walks and bike rides. The nice town of Monte San Vito is also nearby.

pam and alex‘s home is by far the most astonishing air- bnb experience you can get! the house is to find over the „le marche“ hills around filottrano with an amazing view in a secluded location, perfect for those seeking peace and quiet. the breathtaking sunsets, the calmness, the quiet surrounding eases the mind and has given us full relaxation. we (3 adults, one 11 year old , one baby) especially enjoyed the pool time and you can easily stay around the house for days without ever being bored. Yet if so, the area provides the stunning conero beaches, pretty villages, amazing food and a countryside you can hike, ride your bike etc. pam and alex are the loveliest hosts, they help you with any questions, provide a „what to do, what to see“ sheet and are very discret at the same time. A place to fall in love with - we sure come back!

We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

Very nice house, well equipped, big pool, and a friendly host. We enjoyed our time here so much. You can feel the love of the host for the house, it is well furnished and also very nice: alll the rooms have nets against insects. Highly recommended.

Serenity. Authenticity. Purity. Our family had a delightful stay at Carlo and Stefania’s place, which is set in a charming farming landscape. The view of olive and fig trees and the rolling sunflower hills provided a serene backdrop for our stay. The attention to detail, elegant design, and high-quality amenities added an effortless convenience to our experience. The daily routines included a short drive to the beaches, with cafes, shops, restaurants and local markets nearby. Our communication with Carlo and Stefania was also timely, open and complete. We can certainly recommend this place to those who value a genuine, traditional Italian vacation experience at the Adriatic Sea.

A beautiful wooden house, equipped with everything, excellently furnished and immersed in an oasis of absolute silence in the beautiful Marche countryside. Great solution for a relaxing vacation away from the stress and chaos of the city, but still in a favorable position to reach enchanting places. Medieval villages and castles abound in the area, one more beautiful than the other. Not far away, there is the sea, easily accessible. Me, my partner and our cat had a great time. Welcoming Martina who was an attentive and prepared host, we immediately felt comfortable. Breakfast is also noteworthy, served at the time you want and full of high quality local products. We will definitely come back to relax in this beautiful setting also embellished by a small pond, which makes the setting even more magical. Highly recommended!

Lovely place, in the Marche hills. Too lovely, so much so that we spent a lot of time relaxing in the Villa. Too bad about the unpaved Stradello that connects the main road to the villa. Super helpful and friendly host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Caterina's accommodation is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina's place best, the apartment matches the description, the living area is nice and spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

Super nice idyllic place to stay among the olive trees. Great pool and Luigi is also super nice and helpful (including great tips).

The landlord is commercial. Daniel, who takes care of the property, but was very accommodating, helpful and friendly. What also pleased us very much was the mineral water in glass bottles, which was already waiting for us in the fridge. The location was really particularly nice with views to the sea and the mountains and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. The mosquito screens on the windows were very good and also necessary. If you are preferred by mosquitoes, you should think about mosquito repellent and electric stitch healers. Unfortunately, the mattresses of the beds were too hard for my husband. An optional soft mattress topper could provide a simple remedy. The garden was large and everything was well maintained, but unfortunately there was not a single flowering shrub. A few colorful oleanders, some lavender and rosemary would be really good for the empty garden. All in all it was a relaxing stay, we relaxed well. Thanks Daniel!

Very nice stay, where we could stay here with our friends and family. We were very satisfied with the great outdoor kitchen and pool, here we spent 90% of our time. The decor of the rooms is top, and everything is well equipped. Also with children this is a great stay due to the presence of a swimming pool, plenty of outdoor chairs and a ping pong table. The communication with Nathalie was fast and efficient, where we were always well helped. I definitely recommend this stay to friends and if we need to be nearby again, we want to stay here again.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. The property and the residential building are in a very quiet and relaxed location - perfect for switching off. Everything worked smoothly, from booking to departure. The contact with Paolo was uncomplicated, friendly and always helpful. Everything is easily accessible by car - shopping, restaurants and attractions are quickly accessible. Clear recommendation!

We stayed with our 2 children 22 days in apartment no. 7 and had a fantastic time there. The flat is spacious and sufficiently equipped. The air conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms is very useful during the hot summer days. Stefano and/or his parents were always present on the property and always available for advice or practical issues. The podere is quietly located in a beautiful area, 5 minutes drive from Sassoferrato. Definitely recommended!
