apartment is located at the first floor of an historic building of the city center, the house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just a few minutes from the shopping area, the Pediatric Hospital Salesi, the port, the city beach of Passetto and the bus terminal. The house was recently fully restored, it has a large open space with living room and kitchen and private bathroom with a large shower for the room to rent.
