Villa holiday rentals in Province of Ancona

We stayed in the farmhouse in 18 adults and 4 children for two nights. The stay was completely perfect! Host is super friendly and available. The place is wonderful. It's great for large groups. It has everything you need, clean and is very well organized. Very kid friendly. We had a great time. We'll be back!

Absolutely breathtaking

Giulia is super helpful, she sent us offers in advance for a bike rental and also drove us there on the day of arrival. There, she also clarified the matter with the staff for us. She was always available and available to us. The property was clean and well maintained, fresh bed linen and towels provided. Kitchen is also sufficiently equipped:) If you rent bikes, you should not underestimate the path from the city to the house, it is feasible in 10-15 minutes. Wheels with gear are an advantage. ;) The place is definitely recommended, we felt very much at home. :D

Leonardo and his mother are wonderful hosts and this is a terrific place to stay. This lovely home comfortably held our two large families and the outdoor area was just great for kids to run around and play in. The super large kitchen is absolutely amazing and had everything we could ever need to prepare large meals. The location is perfect if you're looking for somewhere quiet to relax but still close to the ocean and the surrounding towns. We visited Loreto both days and it was very easy to get there by car. Don't think twice if you're considering staying here. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. We stayed two nights and I wish we had stayed a week! Thank you so much Leonardo! I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful surroundings in a rural area with ancient hilltop villages which are well looked after and have cafe/bars to sit and enjoy. Mona's place is a sympathetically restored old farmhouse, tucked away and surrounded by gardens with fragrant flowers, trees and spectacular succulent plants. There's a delightful patio for eating outside with lovely views. It has a cosy and homely feel inside. It's perfect for a get away from it all holiday. You will need a car, and nearby you can get to a beautiful river gorge, and there's a market and the sea at Fano, about half an hour drive away.

The villa is equipped with all the comforts, from mosquito nets, to microwave, and the spaces are spacious and very livable even for large groups. The garden is a great resource, and the outdoor shower with hot water really nice surprise. The location is great, with a short private passage to reach the sea.

Fantastic location, fully available villa with four bedrooms upstairs and equipped with everything you need. Very spacious and appreciated outdoor space. The main towns of Umbria are also easily accessible. Recommended!!!

We had some great days in Sirolo. The house is large and everything you need is available. The decor is old-fashioned and it has a lot of old-fashioned decor and collectables. I was a bit overwhelmed But the outdoor life and the large park with pool makes it all right. Finally, you live outside. Carlo was the best host we've met so far. Always available, quick responses to SMS very caring and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Such a wonderful property in the middle of a hilly landscape. Every view was like looking at a painting. These sunflower fields meadows everywhere are fabulous. I don't have to mention that it was spotlessly clean. It was pure relaxation! Perfect for families. Meals by the pool overlooking the beautiful landscape are just gorgeous there. It is even more beautiful than any picture here can tell. Rosy and Maurizio, you are excellent hosts. Every request was answered immediately and they always went above and beyond the call of duty. Maurizio's little country restaurant is a dream and the wine is wonderful. It was a perfect stay. We will be very happy to come back and we recommend it 100%!

Nice and large accommodation perfect for a relaxing trip in Italy with amazing views, good nearby restaurants and very fun activities in the house. The host is ready for things to happen in their own way and may be perceived as slightly controlling. Recommend!

Dear Lisa & Christian Back in cold Switzerland. We had such a beautiful, inspiring and nourishing week for body and soul in your lovingly designed paradisiacal Casa Pilar 😍 Of course we enjoyed the pool, even at 19 degrees it was an experience to enjoy the 13 meter swimming pool. Stefan was more diligent than me - but I also made it twice 🙏 The house has so much charm and radiates just as much warmth as Lisa & Christian. Thank you for the delicious welcome vegetables 🙏 The house is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything. We will be back again. There is still a lot to discover by gravel bike or on foot. A great stay at Villa Gelsi. Serene countryside and a brilliant space to disconnect and rest. Perfect for families happy near a pool and wanting to get away from it all!

Elegant and spacious house that offers all you need to relax. Huge garden! Shopping facilities - especially smaller ones - a little bit far off, best to do big shoppings once in a while. Since it got really hot during our stay the air condition in the sleeping roms was extremely helpful. Massimo was always right at hand with lots of recommendations - thank you!

We stayed with Mariella for 2 weeks in her beautiful villa. The house impresses with its large rooms, everything you need is there. Everything was very clean and well maintained. There is also a barbecue in the garden. Mariella made every effort to make our stay unforgettable. She is a great host and had lots of tips for us on restaurants and places to visit. Unfortunately, we didn't manage to see everything, which means we have the goal of coming back again. Macerata is a small but very nice town with lots of good restaurants and bars. The villa is a little on the outskirts of the town, beautifully situated in a good residential neighbourhood. There is everything you need to live, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Thank you for the nice hospitality!

Beautiful complex with large pool, gym, massage possibility, etc. Very secluded, yet everything is possible. Peace and quiet in harmony with nature or after 45 min driving time action, sea and lots going on 😅

We spend 2 fabulous weeks at Casa vita! Great house, great pool, great view, professional agency - highly recommended!

We enjoyed staying at Villa Chloe. Filippo and Alfredo showed us a fantastic hospitality. This stunning villa, a former convent, was very easy to get to. The interior is absolutely stunning and is well-kept. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay spending our days in the pool and exploring Le Marche. Alfredo, the owner, was there to answer all our questions regarding the area. Special thank you to Flavio (for house maintenance and super delicious tomatoes from his garden) and Antonella (who cleaned the house daily and even ironed our clothes). We are very grateful for our time spent in the villa and new friendships we created. To be continued…
