Really very nice place, it was a little like staying at home thanks to the decor, cleanliness and availability and kindness of the host and the other people involved. Very available in times of need or doubt, either by phone or in person. Overall with my group of friends we had a great time and it exceeded our expectations.

Laura is a very helpful host, always present and it is very easy to communicate with her, very kind, friendly and makes you feel at home. central area with a supermarket, ice cream parlours, restaurants. Private parking space under the house. i'll definitely be back!!

Excellent experience, Erica was immediately available and friendly with us and provided us with all the necessary information to check in. The apartment is in excellent condition, the furniture is not very modern but it does its job and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Perfect for a family of 4, given the second bedroom with a bunk bed. It does not have a private parking space, but you can park for free along the street or for a small fee (€4/day) in the public car parks behind the house.

Franca has set up a lovely home if you need a place to stay in this area. It is convenient to many places for day trips. There is a supermarket and pharmacy within a short walk. Franca has set up a large white board in the hallway for messages, and always responded right away.

Very comfortable accommodation in the countryside, but a stone's throw from the sea! Everything was wonderful! We stayed with our 2-year-old daughter and our dog and had a great time. A special thank you to the kindness and helpfulness of the owners.

Clean place and exactly as described. Host available and quick to communicate. Paid parking space near the accommodation. Overall a good stay. The only negative note is the non-adherence to the regional indications regarding the breakfast offer, I say this on the basis of the reference documentation left in the apartment by the host.

A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We rented the house for our colleagues who work nearby. The house is large, spacious, well laid out, clean. The house is suitable for a longer stay as it has everything you need. Friendly owners. I highly recommend it.

Loretta was very helpful and kind, she offered us much more than was included in the package (water, fruit and sweets). The cottage is well maintained and tidy with ample parking and a beautiful garden full of flowers and plants.

Alba's house is located in a beautiful area in the Marche hills in the province of Macerata: the house is comfortable, well equipped to cook and spend relaxing moments in the living room and garden. You can walk from the house for nice walks nearby; towns with shops and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes by car. Alba is a kind and always available guest; we spent a beautiful rustic New Year in her home and recommend it to everyone.

We had a very nice holiday in Andrea's beautiful house. It is a very spacious and bright house equipped with everything we needed. The owner Andrea is a very friendly host who is immediately ready if you have any questions. The hospitality, the huge house, the beautiful view over the hills of the Marken and in the distance the Apennines, a nice private swimming pool (which was cleaned every day by Andrea), the old town of Montecosaro within walking distance, a pizzeria around the corner, a lovely beach 10 minutes away by car, in short this house is highly recommended!

We spent a wonderful week at Nicola’s place, wish it were longer! The house is so charming and cozy we felt right at home and it was so hard to leave! The location was so perfect for us as we got to explore so many beautiful charming cities every day from the coast to the mountains. Nicola was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants, cities to visit and everything! Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Arianna's place. He is a very welcoming person, who gave us good tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well laid out. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the quiet of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding cities and the sea not far away. Communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really to be recommended for any stay in the area. We had a great stay! The apartment is very nice and has plenty of space in the living room for cooking and relax, a large washroom and a comfortable bedroom and bed. Location is perfect, in a quite street two minutes away from the main town square. Supermarket very near, fruit and veg marker very near, easy access downhill to the beach. We want to come back here next year.
