We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Scrinari. A very cozy and cozy house, with great views and all the necessary amenities. Clear instructions and very clean. A house to feel at home while you are on vacation.

We came from Valais to Hansjörg for ski races at the Rinerhorn. The location was perfect because it was very close to the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes to Davos Platz. We very much enjoyed the calm and the setting in the heart of nature. Hansjörg is very friendly and took the time to chat with us, moreover he always responded to messages very quickly. Apartment is sufficient for a family with 2 kids. Since we were outside a lot, the space was also good with the kids. Sofa bed is a bit hard and also the room divider has a slight smell of its own but overall we had a totally nice time in the beautiful apartment of Milana

We were allowed to enjoy a few great and relaxing days in Arosa with sun and snow. The ski bus stop and shopping are very close to the beautiful apartment. The great valley descent on the Heimpiste up to about 100m to the property was awesome.

This apartment exceeded our expectations. The location was so convenient for the train and ski trails. The house was warm and cosy with lots of home comforts and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely return here if I came to the area again. Just remember if you’ve never been to Switzerland that the plugs are not the standard European ones.

Hitsch responded quickly and was very helpful. Very good accommodation, good with space, everything was in the kitchen that you needed to cook both breakfast and dinner, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Appreciated the little extras like a small wine bottle and chocolate waiting at check-in, that there was dish soap and other things that you need as well as small shampoo bottle and soap. It doesn't cost much but it simplifies the property when you arrive late and have limited time and makes it nice of course.

We had a great stay at this chalet! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was spacious, and while the kitchen is small, it’s well-equipped with two portable hobs to cook, enough utensils and a mini fridge, making it easy to prepare simple meals. Joni was very flexible with our check-in and check-out, which we really appreciated. Most importantly the location is as described and only a ~500m walk or 1 bus stop to the Parsenn lift. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment is in a great location, close to the ski lift, supermarket and many restaurants. Superbly furnished with everything you need + the amenities of the hotel, such as ski room, underground parking and spa. Communication with Jessica and Janine was impeccable and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommended!
