The place is very pleasant and with a breathtaking view. The balcony is a little uncomfortable when you have a guest in the next suite as the partition is leaked and could be closed for more privacy. We used the kitchen structure that supplied the basic necessities. The visual really made all the difference.

Unique experience, Angra is facinante! the beaches around and tbm the big beach is wonderful although I think the local attendants could be more attentive, we found them extremely rude when we were going to ask any questions about the flat we were left with. Host a very attentive sweetheart.

I highly recommend the place. We will return more often for sure. Flat is very close to the center of Angra around 10 to 15 minutes by car, making it easy to pick up Uber for those who are not by car. The hotel is amazing by the sea, clean and proper water for bathing. The pool is wonderful too and all the leisure spaces of the hotel. In addition to the beach in front of the hotel, there are other nearby beaches and several on-site tourism agencies that make very nice walks. Great place to bring kids. Flat was very cozy and possessed everything we need.

We spent wonderful days at Mr. Luiz's AP. The AP is exactly as in the description and very smelling, we love everything 🥰

I loved Edmond’s place. It’s located in a hotel and in the city center. It has the hotel’s staff to clean your apartment everyday if you want to. It’s has a lot of space. I would highly recommend and would return again. They offer breakfast every morning and drinks and there’s security 24h Thanks for your accommodation

The accommodations were exactly as described in the listing, Claudia is a very dear and kind person, she welcomed us personally with great sympathy and explained all the details of how it works, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, play area and access to the beach that is very calm for swimming, I really liked it, and all this within the condominium 😍 It was worth the investment, in addition to the food and drinks being very good with values that were ok, because the seafood restaurants in Angra are more expensive I thought, I will return when possible for sure!

Yuri was sensational, the entrance and exit instructions were very well clarified, the clean suite, well organized, exactly as described in the ad. Many restaurant and market options a few meters away. The only thing that was really missed was a microwave, it would make a total difference, other than that all was sensational. I will go to Ubatuba again and I will definitely rent it again. I recommend it to everyone!

The place is very clean and the location is great, in the middle of the main street, you can do everything on foot. We were very well served by Vitão, who also rented us a spot for the car in his home, the vacancy is a little far from the flat, but since we did not need the car there was no problem. The only thing that I think should improve would be the change of the ceiling fan with a wall with protection, because the ceiling is low and if you lift your arms, you can pick up the fan, I was afraid of it happening all the time. Everything else is very good. I recommend and will be staying again.

We had an amazing time at Vitor's place, he was very kind, the place is very easy to find and has several shops around, pharmacies, supermarket, the gym is next door, everything was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Vitor was a great host. I hope to be back soon because it was really worth it.
