Street access is unique, but access to the apartment is independent, with its own keys. It is 400 meters to the Historic Center and beaches, I always recommend walking, the streets are safe and it is close to everything. New facilities, decorated by an architect; each apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, balcony and pantry with MO, minibar and the necessary items for breakfast or snack. Majô's house is located just a 5-minute walk to Jabaquara Beach and a 25-minute walk to the historic center, making it possible to feel the tranquility of staying on the coast, without being far from the hustle and bustle of the center. In the neighborhood, there is a bakery and small markets. The beach is mangrove, the cradle of marine life, and so it has shallow and calm waters, offering the perfect conditions for stand up and kayaking.
