The place is exactly like the advertised. The neighbourhood is simple, but before we confirmed the reservation, Bianca made a point of reinforcing this point. It is close to the historic center (15 minutes' walk, very quiet) and nearby there is a market, pharmacy and several neighborhood shops. The only downside is the mosquitoes, so bring your insect repellent. Excellent value for money.

The flat met our expectations. The facade of the house is very beautiful, well in the style of Paraty. The large and comfortable room. The location facilitated our displacement, being 10 min from the historical center. Also, we received several legal tips from the hostess and some of her family members who were in the flat next door, all very welcoming and friendly!

The place is exactly like in the pictures! It is located between Cunha-SP and Paraty-RJ and we take the opportunity to know both places. Despite the rain, we enjoy a lot, we will be back soon!

Make sure you turn left when leaving the complex to take the short route to the river. • The host is always quick to respond and help in anyway she can (she lives just a few doors away). • Great spot with a hammock to relax in outside.

We were very pleased with our stay! From the first contact, David was extremely helpful, proactive, kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. The house is comfortable, well-equipped and exactly as in the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the location is excellent: really close to the historic center and a few minutes from Jabaquara beach. We would definitely recommend it and come back!

Giuliano and his wife Sheila were really nice, kind, helpful and polite. They are the kind of person who can spend hours talking without remembering the time. It seemed that we had known each other for a long time at will that we were left. They gave tips on what to do and how to get to the places. I am simply charming with such hospitality. The house is extremely clean, organized and cozy. It has a stove, fridge, microwave and basic utensils to prepare meals at home. It is a few yards from the bus station, from the old town and with everything very close. Without a doubt, they are much more than recommended. My husband and I have only to thank!!!

The stay in Thalita's apartment was perfect! I will definitely stay again on a future visit to Ubatuba. The condominium is quite complete and well located, with several amenities in case you have days that are not conducive to the beach. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, only I did not pay attention to the details of the bed linen and blankets, but that did not prevent the good use. Due to the low season in which I went, the apartment had a little bad smell, but nothing too impactful, and it passed by letting the air air out a little. The air conditioning works perfectly, as well as the kitchen utensils. The water is very warm, but you have to leave it on for a few minutes to heat up, and there is not much pressure. The host was ultra fast and solicitous in all communication, and gave accurate instructions.
