Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia do Pontal

Our stay at Andreia's place was simply amazing! Since the first contact, she was extremely solicitous, clarifying all our doubts and giving great tips for tours and restaurants in the area. The house then exceeded all expectations! We were in a group of five adults, a teenage girl and a two-year-old baby, and the property served us perfectly. The rooms are spacious, airy and very well cared for. The rooms were impeccable, with clean, comfortable bedding, and bathrooms equipped with soft, smelling towels. The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. We do not miss anything at all. What about the outside area? Simply wonderful! The pool is safe for children, and my son had a lot of fun. It was a perfect space to relax and enjoy special family moments. In addition, the location is excellent, with easy access to downtown Paraty. Without a doubt, we love the experience and look forward to coming back!

The house is extremely nice in a beautiful and quiet place is the garden and more beautiful in person. Everything was clean, organized, well equipped and easy to access. Maria Rita is a thousand star host, from the first contact, always attentive, kind, she gave us thousands of information about the house, region, restaurants (which we went and or asked, and were worth too much) and yet what I was in doubt during the stay was promptly answered. We feel welcomed in a home that hugs you, that has good energy!

Excellent communication with Zilene, everything was like the description, clean pool, although we did not use the barbecue area, everything was available and organized. All close, quiet neighborhood. We will definitely come back more often!!

Great location and accommodation. I went with my husband, he was at work, and with this I wanted to have the freedom to be able to enjoy the hotel alone while he worked. And so I got it, both the apartment that had a balcony with a beautiful view, and the hotel pool, spa, walks, mall next door. David is very attentive and gave all the support during our entire stay. Congratulations on the details of the apartment and the cleaning, decoration. We felt at home. I recommend it and when I return to Angra it will be my landing.

Excellent local, clean, well located, easy check-in and communication, air-conditioning work perfectly. It was super worth it. The only thing missing is that there is no filter in the kitchen, so it is necessary to buy water.

The stay was great, the apartment was very well structured, in environments, furniture, utensils, we were very comfortable, feeling at home.
