Holiday rentals with lake access in Praia do Pontal

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

We only have to thank for the kindness and hospitality of Doraci and her husband. Everything was very nice! The house is in the best location of the Shipyard. It was incredible days.

The place was what we expected for a house in the forest that was what we wanted, we made the way with a baby lap (1.8years)that was not a problem for us. We even let him turn on the trail by himself. The waterfalls are close to the house 5 min and the beach is about 15 min walk. If the intention is to stay in a more isolated place in the middle of nature this is the place. The access difficulties exist as is natural from a place like this but worth it for sure. Always kind hosts have provided us with a great stay. Thank you.

Casa clean and cozy, with all the necessary kitchen utensils available, has pillows and bedding. The neighborhood is quiet (pharmacy and nearby market) and we feel safe 5 people, has bathrooms with Box and TVs in the living room and suite (room with air conditioning). Pet friendly There are nearby beaches by car. Prainha is 5min towards São Paulo and is accessed by a trail, while São Gonçalo Beach is 8min towards Rio de Janeiro. The old town is actually 15 min from the house, friendly and kind hosts... we would definitely return:)

Mr. José received us in an impeccable way, with clear instructions, tips given in advance and the place was so welcoming! All very clean, pleasant and cozy.. we will come back more often. Another important point for us was the location, close to all the senses of the city: Paraty Mirim, Historic Center, Trindade. Very good!

The house manages to be even more beautiful in person! We had an easy time arriving at the house with Aline's instructions, we arrived the night and it was quiet. It has a lot of blankets because it's really cold at night. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt at home being able to cook and barbecue at the balcony barbecue. The jacuzzi is wonderful we use it every night and our 2 year old daughter loved it! Clean bathrooms, hot showers. At the back of the house there is a land that we can access with a river that makes a very tasty noise and the view is beautiful. We went to the river to see close but I recommend going with repellents because the mosquitoes attack (inside the house not). It has a smart tv with several channels and the internet works very well. The only negative point that it is not the fault of the hostess is that in the same deserted street there are many cars and motorcycles at night (people traveling), so there is noise, but nothing that is serious. We would definitely go back to the house! Very perfect!

We had a wonderful experience in this enchanting cottage in the middle of nature! The place is exactly what we were looking for: quiet, welcoming and with incredible energy. The cake cherry was the exclusive access to the waterfall that is just behind the chalet! a true gift from nature, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The hosts were absolutely amazing: super helpful, considerate and kind from the first contact to the end of their stay. We feel very welcome and welcome. The only observation is about the internet, which is a little unstable, but considering that the chalet is in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, this was already expected and did not even disturb our experience. In fact, it turned out to be a good reason to disconnect from the world and enjoy the present moment even more. I recommend with closed eyes for those seeking rest, nature and a special touch of hospitality!

Great place to stay in Ubatuba! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, cozy and well equiped. Ideal location for not relying on a car by night to travel to the center of Itaguá, with a wide choice of restaurants and shops. I did not have the opportunity to meet Júlio in person, but I easily checked in with his instructions, which has always been very requested.

Everything was excellent! I went with my husband and my two young children, the place could not have been better. The house is extremely comfortable, and all the details are beautiful. It's very well equipped for a spectacular vacation. The condo is very nice and safe, you can go on excursions that leave a few blocks away, it also has restaurants, a store and a beach about 3 blocks away. It exceeded our expectations. The surroundings are very calm, the apartment is comfortable, it has accommodated well 10 people, the view is wonderful! Ana was a 10-note host, served us showing everything from the apartment and condominium, was always available and we ended up renting a boat with her that gave us an incredible tour of the region's beaches. Super recommend!!

We love the stay, the Studio has a great location, very close to the beach it has a way to walk smoothly, great swimming pool, the gym spaces, game room are very good too! Local was clean, and very pleasant, has air conditioning, fan, elevator, wifi, utensils in the kitchen at your disposal. Hostess responds quickly and very cordial. We will definitely be back !

Me and My Family had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is perfect complete according to what it describes on the platform. The condominium is well structured secure, ideal for resting and relaxing. Uriel always very helpful and attentive, it served us very well. I'm sure we'll come back another time.

The place is super cozy. Thais gave us all the guidelines, and when a doubt arose, it was always at your disposal. The apartment is super organized, everything clean and by the sea. The condominium space is beautiful, has a swimming pool, BBQ area, legal mto game room, super quiet beach as well. There are several kiosks nearby. I'm definitely going back !

Near waterfalls and on the access road there is a place with mushroom production where you can buy, eat and visit the production. The on-site silence is absolute and those who seek tranquillity will surely find it. It was a unique experience to stay at the Ouro Verde site.

Paraíso em Cunha lives up to its name, but what surprised us most was the welcome from Virginia, Wagner, Manezão and Aninha, owners and caretakers respectively. From the first contact, we already felt the good energy of Virginia: friendliness, joy, availability and goodwill to satisfy us and make us feel as comfortable as possible. The photos match reality, but in person it's a thousand times cooler! Very well-equipped house and leaves nothing to be desired. Not to mention the furniture, objects, dinnerware, glasses, cups, bath and bedding sets, etc., all of extremely good taste. Breakfast, prepared by Aninha, is very worthwhile: Fresh milk taken from the cow, free-range eggs with a very yellow yolk, cheese bread that I have never eaten better… Everything is delicious! Manezão and Aninha are wonderful human beings with GIANT hearts. Great to “chat” and very dear too. What an amazing experience we had there! This was propably one of the amazing stays we had since the beginning of our travel. The house was neat and clean and felt so cosy. The waterfall was a huge bonus for our family as we spent all of our time in the water.

My husband and I loved staying at Renata and Colin's place. is a place with plenty of space, wooded, our house was inside the same plot of their house, but with total privacy. some easy-to-access trails led to a delicious stream, very good for bathing, with some nice water. the house is simple but perfectly according to the advertisement and exactly as we expected. very clean, smelling and soft bed and bath linen. we recommend to anyone who wants peace and quiet a few minutes from downtown Paraty.

I will definitely stay in the same location again. clean, spacious, comfortable, well located environment (few minutes by car/motorcycle from downtown Trindade and Paraty).
