Monthly Rentals in Praia do Pontal

We are located in 5 people in the house. The house is very well located for those who want to enjoy the historic center of Paraty as it is right in the middle. We found everything we needed for our stadia. It has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a ladder to the mezzanine. There is no direct car access, you need to leave the car in the parking lot that is 5min walking.

Casinha do Pescador is a very comfortable and welcoming place. Easy to reach, facing the sea, close to the historic center and to some restaurants and snack bars. It is spacious and airy, the back part has a great view and is a quiet one. The only defect is not in the house, but the ballad that stays almost every day playing the night until late. But Elke already leaves the slats available next to the bed to try to mitigate this. Either way, my wife considered it the best place she ever stayed on Airbnb.

We really liked the place with its location and furnishings. Paraty has a very nice old town with great restaurants, galleries and shops from local artists. The beaches near Paraty have also been very nice.

The stay was wonderful!! the house is even more beautiful than in the pictures, clean, smelling, cozy, great for having family moments. Marília was super attentive and answered all our questions, was flexible at check in. It does not appear in the photos, but has a good television in the lounge. The mattress, pillows and covers are very good, great shower, has water purifier. Super well located house, close to the beach, church, historic center and restaurant, we did everything on foot. We'll be back for sure!!
