Das ehemals Bismarck'sche Gutshaus Bhj. 1770, 2009 komplett renoviert, ist ein idealer Ort für Ferien und auch workation- zum Arbeiten und Ausspannen. Die stilvoll eingerichtete separate Wohnung (155qm) mit eigenem Eingang, Fußbodenheizung, antikem Kachelofen, einem Arbeitsplatz, einer voll eingerichteten Küche und einem Whirlpool neben der eigenen Terrasse der Wohnung sowie einem Sauna-Häuschen im weitläufigen Park bietet zu jeder Jahreszeit die Möglichkeit einer abwechslungsreichen Auszeit.

In der historischen Dorfstraße befindet sich unser gemeinschaftlich genutzter 4Seitenhof. Das Apartement liegt im östlichen ehemaligen Stallgebäude und wurde liebevoll saniert und ausgestattet. Es besteht aus einem offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Schlafbereich mit kleinem Duschbad und Terrasse zum Innenhof. Die Küche verfügt u.a. über Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit Backofen und Geschirrspüler. Fragt gerne auch nach der Nutzung unserer Zeltsauna mit Holzofen und eisigem Tauchfass im Garten.

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Diese wundervolle neue 120 qm2 grosse Dachgeschoss-/Penthousewohnung mit einer Sauna ist im Viktoriakiez (ruhige Lage) - 2Min Fussweg zum S-Bahnhof Nöldnerplatz und 5 Min Fussweg zur Rummelsburger Bucht am Wasser. Die Wohnung ist 1 S-Bahnhaltestelle vom angesagten Ostkreuz und 2 Haltestellen von der Warschauer Strasse entfernt. PS: Ich besitze ein original 5 Meter großes Riva Boot aus Italien. Somit kann auch eine private Bootstour durch Berlin jederzeit bei mir gebucht werden.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Bei unserem Hausboot handelt es sich um ein gemütliches, modernes festliegendes Boot, welches an einer Steganlage eines Campingplatzes liegt. Die hochwertige Ausstattung und der traumhafte Blick über den Templiner See machen uns die Abreise jedes mal schwer. Im Sommer geniessen wir die 90 qm Dachterrasse, die auch zum Grillen einlädt. Durch Fussbodenheizung, Kamin und eigener Sauna machen wir unser Hausboot auch im Winter zu einem traumhaften Rückzugsort.

The cabin is located just an hour‘s drive from the center of Berlin. It’s located in a forested area primarily used for recreation. The property itself is 4000 sqm, offering a beautiful garden to relax. An outdoor sauna is also available. The surrounding area offers several lakes and forests for swimming and wandering. Our light rooftop apartment with its 150 year old wooden beams lies in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood. It comes with a small but stylish kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, equipped with a rain shower and a Finnish sauna. we offer Netflix, cable TV and very fast Internet. Your stay with us will be carbon neutral, since we fully compensate our emissions. The apartment hosts up to three adults or two adults with children.

Groß und Bunt+Sauna

Wir haben wieder mal die Ärmel hochgekrempelt und die über 80 m2 grosse Melkerwohnung im Obergeschoss unseres Wohnhauses fit gemacht. Wichtig war uns die Nutzung von bestenden historischen Möbeln und Bauteilen, sowie die Verwendung von naturlichen Baustoffen: Kalkputz, Holz aus dem eigenen Wald, Holzfaserdämmplatten, Leinöl, Holzfenster... Herausgekommen ist eine großzügige Wellneswohnung mit einigen Überraschungen.

Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
