Holiday rentals with a sauna in Poitou-Charentes

A nice stay at Vincent's place. Location with multiple gites, adults only. Very quiet location, view over the farm. With 300 meters you are in the woods from where you can walk endlessly without encountering anyone. Gite Adele is very spacious. The gite is accessible by stairs to the first floor. Spacious bedroom, separate toilet, living room, kitchen and spacious terrace with plenty of sun. Additional facilities such as sauna, jacuzzi or pool were now closed but normally available, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is more than fully equipped and equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Good wifi available. Surroundings offer plenty of entertainment with cities, villages, castles or beautiful walks.

Very well received throughout the stay, Selim is very kind. It offers a lot of service including the hot tub with private access without vis-à-vis, it was very pleasant. I recommend it.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

The accommodation proposed by Dominique and Yves corresponds in every way to what we expected: a clean, quiet, well designed accommodation, very well located. Dominique and Yves were lovely, welcoming us with great kindness. We thank them again and would highly recommend their place.

Stephanie is a very friendly host. She tells you everything you need to know for your stay and more if you like to know more. You'll need to speak French to communicate with her properly, which luckily for us, was no problem. The apartment was a great place to stay at and very clean. Libourne is a beautiful city to discover. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend others to stay at this place too!

We had a very nice holiday in this nice apartment with big balcony facing the resort's pool. The resort is well kept and quiet with mostly families as guests. Description in text and image corresponded to reality. Nathalie was a very nice host who was easy to communicate with. We would be glad to come back.

Top location: in Saint Martin 5 minutes from the port but quiet enjoying the garden of the residence and a private outdoor dining area. Large, very comfortable, well-equipped and very clean studio, just recently renovated. Access to the amenities of the residence: gated parking, heated pool (half inside and outside), sauna, steam room, gym, bakery delivery at the reception... In short, great stay despite some concerns before because Anne did not respond to our messages until the night before and phone not assigned. Note: paid wifi at the reception of the residence (and the receptionist told us that the debit was not guaranteed for private homes so we were satisfied with 4G).

It's nice to drive 5 hours and be able to enjoy the pool and spa... a luxury that we particularly appreciated. Having only been a one-night stop, Marie-Laurence is full of activities for those who want to stay for several days. A special favorite for its garden and the surrounding calm. We had a great time, the accommodation is clean, everything is 100% functional, it smells good, the experience is great from start to finish there are even pleasant surprises. A little extra for the jaccuzi which has a very good speed for the jets and is very clean. In short, you can go there with your eyes. I recommend it 101%

Wonderful stay in a perfectly equipped house, extremely clean and where everything or almost everything is in new condition. Michelle was very attentive, welcoming and responsive. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

great place to stay for a week with the family. we did a lot of bikes (the slopes pass in front of the residence) and could cool off in the pool when we returned quiet and family residence
