Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

We were a group of 3 retired couples that stayed for 30 days at Laura’s place. We loved the area! Gated , safe area, secure property. Walked to beautiful beach , and restaurants, convenience stores. The house was nice and very well stocked. Rooftop was great! The community was very friendly and helpful

It was excellent, the host was always attentive to us, and answered quickly. The house is very comfortable and above all very clean, with everything in order. In a very safe private community, friendly guards at all times. I recommend it 100%. They welcomed us with the air conditioning in the room on for a comfortable welcome. It has everything you need to spend a long time in Playa del Carmen. Convenience stores two blocks away, it has a shared pool. Overall excellent, that's why 5/5.

Our stay at Casa Jaybird was amazing. We spent a month here and could have easily stayed longer. The location really can't be beat - a super quiet street right off 5th Avenue and walking distance to the beach. But for being so close to all the action, the home felt so private when you were inside. Elizabeth was always responsive and quick to answer our questions, and Samuel was always so kind and happy to help with anything around the house. We have young children so we had white noise machines in all the bedrooms, so we didn't have any concerns with the noise as some reviews mention. There was some construction nearby during the day but truly nothing that really bothered us. We'll be back!

Excellent family property, not as accessible without private transportation. Suitable for activities close to the area. The house and the first-class furnished, I suggest that the stay can be made more pleasant if details such as coffee, tea, oil, oats, and above all water for guests to drink.

This airbnb has everything you need, great pool, rooms, a/c, very cute place. Would stay again

Dan’s place was the perfect home to host our parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration. We made such amazing memories during our stay. We especially loved the big round table for all of us to feast on the recommended chef’s cuisine. He arranged a fantastic trip to swim with the turtles and see the cenotes. Highly encourage everyone to experience this!

Very clean, nice, upscale house with modern amenities. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, including beach towels. Public beach right around the corner, a 2 minute walk. The kitchen knives were actually sharp, something lacking in prior AirBNBs we've stayed at. Everything worked, coffee maker with filters and even good coffee stocked. Beautiful back deck with pool. We loved everything except for the washer/dryer, which didn't work so well. We let the host know about the washer and he was appreciative of the info saying he'd get the maintenance guys on it. I'd definitely stay again!

Arianny was always in touch, very friendly and responds as soon as possible. My stay was very good, I definitely plan on coming back.

Excellent location, good communication from the host, Edson and his dad were awaiting our arrival. The house was tidy and clean when we arrived, the pool is clean. This is a good option to stay at Playa del Carmen.

This was a great family apartment. It was spacious and had all the things you need. The pool is heated. Anna was very helpful, she could recommend a really good massageterapeut and Anna also gave us recommendations where to rent a car. The place is close to supermarket and a lot of restaurants and approx 15min to the beach. I would definitely stay at this place again.

The place was in a quiet neighborhood but at the same time well located to walk to the 5th. We had a pleasant stay! The room was as described in the photos. The kitchen was equipped. We arrived and there was coffee and water in the fridge. Lesley responded quickly when we had a problem getting in (we had wrong door) he was always very attentive. Very good price-quality. Recommended without a doubt.

The place is very comfortable and clean, the location is excellent, it has a very nice beach. The pool is very nice with a beautiful view of the sea. Spacious parking. Everything was incredible

Everything at José's was as advertised. Easy to find and in a decent neighborhood a short distance away from the noise of 5th avenue. A pleasant walk to nice selection of restaurants and a good beach at Playa 72. Good value for Playa del Carmen

We loved our stay at Steve's place. It was just a few minutes from the beach, and right around the corner from the main tourist street in Playa with tons of restaurants and cafes and shops. The place itself is sweet and charming. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect location in Playacar. It’s easy to walk to town but yet a gated and quiet place at night! Loved the stay and would return or maybe even buy a place here. It’s the best of all worlds and a great complex.

Judith was nice enough to accommodate me on the day! I was staying at another Airbnb where it was not going well. She let visit the apartment before renting it. The management team on location is very nice and helpful. The apartment is big and airy.

Excellent service, we had a problem with the second lock but there was no problem in repairing it and from there everything was fine, we had everything at hand, the washing machine was excellent, which was a plus and the AC was great, I would come back here without hesitation

We loved our stay at the Elements. Our condo was in the perfect location, 2nd floor and easy access to the pool and ocean! The condo was very astheticly pleasing. We loved the decor and everything was set up great!
