The garden with tropical plants is 500 sqm with a swimming pool, shared with my house, equipped with jacuzzi with 6x4 mt bubbles. The house in rustic Mexican style has modern amenities. The atmosphere is family type and friendly.

Simple and cozy studio on the third floor, totally private with own terrace has a kitchenette equipped with refrigerator , electric grill, coffee maker and microwave oven,located just 3 blocks from the beach 88 certified with blue flag with common areas full of nature ideal for days of relaxation,. A garage for two cars. Special for people who like to be in non-touristy areas where they can live with local people. It's not in the center area.

Raices, original and colorful studio with terrace.

This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky. I recognized myself like an authentic Mexican... I know my ROOTS.

The exterior features a modern house with large glass doors and balconies, set against a clear sky. A private pool is located in the spacious yard, surrounded by neatly trimmed grass and stone accents.
