Loft holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

I stayed at Marco's Airbnb in May 2024, and it was a very pleasant experience. I appreciate Marco's attention since he was always kind, he left us clear instructions and answered our questions as soon as possible. The place is just as you can see in the photos and has the services it mentions. I would definitely stay there again, I consider it the right place to rest several days, it is a quiet area although a little far from the 5th avenue. However, for us that was not a problem as we were easily able to move around the city by bus or walking in the nearby areas.

The perfect place to relax with family! Excellent apartment highly equipped same as pictures! Parking place underground (protected from the sun) is a plus! Just 8 min driving from the busy and noisy Playa Del Carmen, area with security and very quiet. Very clean surroundings! We want to repeat and highly recommend for family with children! Thank you for all Mr. Celestino!

Great location, host, and apartment. Apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Never had any issues with the internet (I worked remotely and stayed here for 2 months). Host was extremely helpful and we had a free cleaning every 2 weeks. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed.

Good location, centrally located while being quiet. Jay provided some useful recommendations for places to eat which was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Super friendly and helpful at all times, the place is just like the photos. The area is non-touristy, so if you are looking for tranquility and local people, it is the place to be. Constructive criticism: I would add better lighting in the apartment and more utensils

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

We spent three beautiful days. The room is located a few minutes from the beach and the main road, allowing you to enjoy the city to the fullest. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and the habitation itself is very nice. One more point for the night guard:) thank you for everything Dania!

What a fantastic place! The location is perfect, close to everything and very safe. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, especially for watching the sunset. The kitchen has all the basics in case you feel like cooking at home. The bathroom is very clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only downside is that the couch needs a good cleaning as there are some stains on it, but it might just be the color of the couch.

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

We had a great week at Veronica's Airbnb. Verónica responds very quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is very well located, with the beach 10 minutes walk, excellent restaurants right in front and nearby laundries. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials. We will for sure be going back!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful as the pictures showed. Airy, breezy and spacious. The rooftop pool was definitely the prize. Lizeth was responsive and never lost patience with all the techy questions I had. I wanted to extend my stay, but it was booked. Understandably. I love this airbnb

Claudia was an extremely present and helpful host, she responded in seconds no matter the time or the request. She accommodated us for the small glitches and also gave us references super quickly as soon as requested. We got locked out of the apartment and she was very proactive and quick to fix the problem (she called a locksmith and fixed the problem in an hour). We really enjoyed staying at her Airbnb.

Basic place and close to Fifth Avenue (7-8cuadras)... It is appreciated that you have what you need to spend the days, like a comfortable bed, large and abundant shower; and you can cook... Just a small detail with the weather that Doria kindly offered to solve as soon as possible, thank you for that😉👋🏻. 2 blocks away (by the Mega Soriana) pass the vans that take you to the Chedraui of the road and where the other vans that take you to Tulum, Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xenses, Cenotes, Cancun center, etc. also pass the trucks or vans that take you to Punta Esmeralda beach. Returning from the Chedraui of the road, the van that leaves you closer to the apartment is one you can take on Avenida 35 Sur, that says "constituentes" and drops you off at Avenida 45 Norte (where is the OXXO).

I would recommend and would go there again. I stayed for a few weeks, she was super helpful with the air bnb and helped fix any issues I ran into there. I enjoyed being in the local area there. I had more of a genuine experience as life in the Mexican neighborhood without any problems. I don’t drink or party so problems were to never be had.
