Beautiful downtown Loft, Caribbean style, in a peaceful 8 apartments building. Surrounded by a green area with a small cozy pool. Just four blocks from the beach. Close to many local spots to have a nice lunch or drinks at night. The Loft is on the first floor, it has a bathroom with shower, kitchen and a sofa area that can sleep one extra person, and the bedroom is upstairs: comfy Queen size and a small closet. The Loft is nicely furnished, Mexican modern style, with tropical wood accents.

CONTINUOUS RELIABLE WIFI. White shutters open, letting sun into a gorgeous interior full of artisan touches. The residence is quite unique in Playa del Carmen. We have retained the freshness of the colonial Caribbean architecture with, the many large white shutter openings, hand crafted everything! Furniture, cabinets, windows and doors, even the coloured floor tiles are handmade brought in from Merida. The tree-lined street is mostly residential, but with shops and a restaurant .
