Loft holiday rentals in Playa del Carmen

Me hospedé en el Airbnb de Marco en mayo de 2024, y fue una experiencia muy agradable. Agradezco la atención de Marco ya que siempre fue amable, nos dejó instrucciones claras y respondió nuestras dudas a la brevedad. El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos y cuenta con los servicios que menciona. Sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí, considero que es el lugar adecuado para descansar varios días, es una zona tranquila aunque un poco alejada de la 5ta avenida. Sin embargo, para nosotros eso no fue problema ya que fácilmente pudimos movernos por la ciudad en autobús colectivo o caminando en las zonas cercanas.

The perfect place to relax with family! Excellent apartment highly equipped same as pictures! Parking place underground (protected from the sun) is a plus! Just 8 min driving from the busy and noisy Playa Del Carmen, area with security and very quiet. Very clean surroundings! We want to repeat and highly recommend for family with children! Thank you for all Mr. Celestino!

Jeff was a wonderful host. He really looked after us. We would definitely return.

Great location, host, and apartment. Apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Never had any issues with the internet (I worked remotely and stayed here for 2 months). Host was extremely helpful and we had a free cleaning every 2 weeks. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed.

Good location, centrally located while being quiet. Jay provided some useful recommendations for places to eat which was appreciated.

El lugar es muy cómodo y la verdad está en buena ubicación.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Súper amable y atenta en todo momento, el lugar es tal cual las fotos. La zona es no turística, por lo tanto si buscas tranquilidad y gente local, es el lugar ideal. Critica constructiva: añadiría mejor iluminación en el apartamento y mayor cantidad de utensilios

Wir würden die Unterkunft zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen. Mayerling ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Gastgeberin. Highlight war der Pool (der viel größer ist, als es auf den Fotos scheint) und die tolle Sicht über die Stadt bzw. das Meer! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

El lugar estuvo increíble. El apartamento es demasiado bello y acogedor, ideal para parejas. Mi novia y yo la pasamos muy bien y nos encantó. Todo está muy cerca, hay restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca, ni que decir de la cercanía a la 5 Avenida. Un lugar 10 de 10. Excelente.

Hemos pasado tres días hermosos. La habitación se encuentra a unos minutos de la playa y de la vía principal, lo que permite disfrutar al máximo de la ciudad. Además, el barrio es muy tranquilo y la habitation en si es muy bonita. Un punto más por el guardia nocturno :) gracias por todo Dania!

What a fantastic place! The location is perfect, close to everything and very safe. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, especially for watching the sunset. The kitchen has all the basics in case you feel like cooking at home. The bathroom is very clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only downside is that the couch needs a good cleaning as there are some stains on it, but it might just be the color of the couch.

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

Pasamos una excelente semana en el Airbnb de Verónica. Verónica responde muy rápido y es muy útil. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, con la playa a 10 minutos a pie, excelentes restaurantes justo enfrente y lavanderías cercanas. La cocina está bien equipada con los esenciales básicos. ¡Seguro que volveremos!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful as the pictures showed. Airy, breezy and spacious. The rooftop pool was definitely the prize. Lizeth was responsive and never lost patience with all the techy questions I had. I wanted to extend my stay, but it was booked. Understandably. I love this airbnb

Claudia a été une hôte extrêmement présente et aidante, elle répondait dans la seconde peu importe l’heure ou la demande. Elle nous a accommodé pour les petits pépins et aussi donné des références super rapidement dès que demandé. Nous nous sommes embarrés à l’extérieur de l’appartement et elle a été très proactive et vite pour régler le problème (elle a appelé un serrurier et réglé le problème en une heure). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié rester à son Airbnb.

Nos encantó el alojamiento! Cumplía con todo lo que decía en el anuncio. Súper completo y cómodo. Definitivamente volveré. Gracias Gabriela!

Lugar básico y cerca de la Quinta Avenida (7-8cuadras)... Se agradece que tenga lo necesario para pasar los días, como una cama cómoda, ducha grande y abundante; y se puede cocinar... Sólo un pequeño detalle con el clima que Doria amablemente se ofreció a solucionar lo más pronto posible, gracias por ello 😉👋🏻. A 2 cuadras (por el Mega Soriana) pasan las vans que te llevan al Chedraui de la carretera y dónde salen las otras vans que te trasladan a Tulum, Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xenses, Cenotes, Cancún centro, etc. también pasan los camiones o vans que te llevan a la playa Punta Esmeralda. Regresando del Chedraui de la carretera, la van que te deja más cerca del departamento es una que puedes tomar en la Avenida 35 Sur, que diga "constituyentes" y te baja en la avenida 45 norte (dónde está el OXXO).

I would recommend and would go there again. I stayed for a few weeks, she was super helpful with the air bnb and helped fix any issues I ran into there. I enjoyed being in the local area there. I had more of a genuine experience as life in the Mexican neighborhood without any problems. I don’t drink or party so problems were to never be had.
