Holiday rentals with breakfast in Perugia

This is our “go to place” in Assisi!! Great home, centrally located, within walking distance of everything!!! Fabio is great, always responsive and accommodating! He gave recommendations for a shop for a birthday for one of our party on his birthday, we were able to surprise him, it was awesome!! We will be back!!

It was a very pleasant stay; the accommodation is very simple but equipped with all comforts and, a gem, Roberta prepares for her guests homemade cakes and everything you need for abundant breakfasts and for all tastes, something we really appreciated! The little house is in the middle of the greenery, in a very quiet place but a 5-minute drive from Spoleto, a beautiful town. We also recommend Roberta's place for the excellent value for the price and the kindness and availability of Roberta.

The love, care and attention that Giuliana has put into her home was evident. A pleasure to have stayed there. Giuliana was very hospitable.

The apartment is large, in a quiet area close to Assisi. The garden helps you relax and walk. Very convenient indoor parking. Our two puppies enjoyed the garden and the space in the house. The hosts are super helpful and friendly. Recommended if you want to visit Assisi and the surroundings but also be quiet

It was my first time visiting Italy. We were very fortunate to have booked Zolanta's house in Setona. It is the most memorable accommodation in Italy, and I even took a slow walk through the house and the village without moving anywhere else during my two-night stay. Jolanta's house is the place where we spent the most time, and it was a house where the eyes were pleasant and inspiring without doing anything. Jolanta was very accurate with the location of the parking lot, picked us up by car and took our luggage with us. He was a very lovely and kind person. There was no kitchen, but they prepared a simple breakfast, and the bathroom had everything from shampoo, bisalt, and conditioner to suit your taste. I would definitely go back if I was visiting Italy because I didn't see the beautiful sunrise. I hope to see you again.

We highly recommend Federica’s place. The location was among the vineyards and the view was spectacular. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the back courtyard. We had privacy and enjoyed visits from Federica’s cats. We felt like we were home. Also, Federica gave us a great restaurant recommendation. She was responsive and helpful. Thank you, Federica!

Great place. Close to a market and all the restaurants and churches. We will stay here again. Check out the Nun Spa too. Assisi is an amazing fun little town.

Felicita was very warm and welcoming. She advised us on where to park our car for free, and even when we mistakenly went into a pay-for-parking place, she encouraged us to go later to the free parking area, which was actually closer than our paid parking spot. Our GPS was terrible for locating her place so we got lost when walking to it, but she instantly responded and met us personally in the piazza to take us to her door. She has all kinds of amenities and snacks, even a washer/dryer, what a plus! And the studio apartment is very cozy, perfect for one person or a couple, and very quiet despite being right in the center of town. Felicita provided recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Also, the tourist information office is very close by with many free brochures and maps. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Great Place for a relaxed stay in Umbria & bike Tours to Bevagna, Assisi, Spoleto and numerous wineyards

The house is amazing: it has a beautiful panoramic view above a part of historical center of Perugia, two balconies, three levels and three bathrooms. It's located in a historical building, yet is very confortable and clean. It is close to the Museum of Contemporary Art and the historical center of Perugia. We reached the adress very easy using the minimetro of Perugia. Mauro was very friendly and responsive to our needs. We certainly recomand it for any visit in Perugia!

host agreed to accommodate us later than usual. He sent very detailed instructions, so there was no problem getting into the apartment. The place has everything you need. Delicious coffee and croissants complemented our stay. The only drawback is the very squeaky bed in the kitchen. The location is wonderful!

Fabrizio is really a super host. Very friendly and helpful. His place is tastefully decorated, spotless, comfortable, spacious and super convenient if you like to visit Foligno and others Umbrian cities. Fantastic place with unique atmosphere! Tante grazie per tutto Fabrizio!!!!

Lovely stay in Perugia, great location and a great apartment with helpful host.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She pampered us with great pastries and a warm welcome, making us feel at home. The stay at this beautiful B&By nestled in the Umbrian countryside was definitely refreshing.

Marco and Karen were wonderful hosts providing privacy and recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful property with stunning views and even puppy dog Molly was a sweet girl. Would recommend to anyone looking to visit the countryside for peace and quiet to stay with Marco and Karen

One of the best homes we've been to. The building in an old medieval tower with garden overlooking the lake, totally renovated and very comfortable inside. The room is beautiful and very clean, everything was perfect and very professional. Best of all, Monica's treatment, always attentive that we were at ease, picked us up at the station, gave us recommendations about the village and at the exit allowed us to leave our bags until the time of our train. Fantastic breakfasts, adapted to my gluten-free food needs. Thank you very much for everything, if we go back to the area we will stay here again definitely!

We had a wonderful stay at Valentina’s palazzo, beautiful host and beautiful historical house. We had assistance from Valentina’s husband to park our car in the front of the house and with the luggage. Very hospitable hosts, it was a pleasure talking with them, and Valentina prepared a beautiful breakfast table and shared many stories with us. It felt like being with family. Tobi the dog was adorable. We highly recommend their B&B. Thank you for your hospitality.

Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy my stay with Maja. I was looking forward to visiting the inn and the dinner she prepared with dedication. But due to lack of attention, I couldn't get there, because I took the road very late. However, Maja was super attentive and understanding with me.

Such a lovely, peaceful stay. The b&b is beautiful and surrounded by amazing scenery. Host was flexible, friendly and very hospitable. Wish we could have stayed longer :)
