My place in Porta Sole is in the highest Perugia historic center area, close to public transports, a few steps from Piazza Dante, Piazza Italia, Piazza IV Novembre and Corso Vannucci. You will like my accommodation because the area is super quiet, the atmosphere is unique, and outdoor spaces with Umbrian cultures' will leave you breathless. My accommodation is suitable for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with children) and also for our small & polite hairy friends (pets).

“Il Cantuccio” di Francesca is a quiet and peaceful apartment located in a strategic position: it is about a 20-minute walk from the center and its architectural beauties, from the train station and is very close to the E45 Perugia Prepo, the Arena S. Giuliana and the Villa Fiorita clinic. In front of the house there is free parking and within walking distance there are bus stops. It is therefore great for families but also for those traveling for work. Four-legged friends are welcome

The apartment is a one-bedroom apartment in a recently renovated, bright and panoramic building, 5 minutes on foot from Corso Vannucci, in the heart of the historic center, within the medieval walls of the city. The area is very quiet and quiet, especially at night, as there are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity. All the monuments of greatest importance are easily reachable on foot in a few minutes (Arco Etrusco, Duomo, Palazzo dei Priori, Basilica di San Pietro...).

Cozy three-rooms apartment in the very city center of Perugia. Its location is perfect as it can be easily reached by train and minimetro, bus or car. Piazza IV Novembre is only 500 m away. For the lazy ones, a lift and the escalators to the "corso" are at 100 m walking distance. A good internet connection and a study room make it suitable for home office working sessions as well. Be aware of the stairs & enjoy the most beautiful city in the heart of Italy!

Our bright studio is on the third floor in a small building (no elevator!) in a quiet downtown street just steps from Minimetrò and all the main points of interest. The house is small but we tried to make it as cozy as possible and to furnish it with simplicity and care. It has a nice view of the rooftops and a glimpse of the hills around the city. Did you ever think you'd be able to sleep in a museum? You'll literally walk where the ancient Etruscans tanned their skins, with a portion of the floor with exposed ruins. Outside of the garden, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the city, relaxed, in the shade of the vine, during sunset.
