Holiday rentals with beach access in Périgny

I thank Estelle and Aurélie again for this impeccable short stay, disconnected, with miles of beautiful beach accessible from the garden. 🧡 The accommodation is ultra clean, functional (nothing is missing), quiet, with panoramic views and beautiful sea. Chatelaillon beach 3 km away adds to the charm of this very good location. It was perfect for a break.

Perfectly located appartment, and the garage is a huge advantage. Very nice place to stay at, close to everything, and easy to get in/out. I would not recommended it if you have small kids. There is some safety issues like the stairs, windows, plugs, and furniture that can fall.

This place is a real gem! For the price, it exceeds all expectations: super good location, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped. You feel at home there from the moment you arrive. The access is super well organized, and everything is designed to make the stay enjoyable. There's a bar next door, so you can hear the music a little, but nothing really upsetting. Honestly, if you're looking for a place to stay, don't hesitate for a second. I will come back to this without hesitation!

We would like to thank Sylvie and Philippe for their exceptional hospitality in their wonderful apartment. The location is ideal for discovering La Rochelle on foot. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary comforts, and even more, every detail is carefully thought out. The decoration, done with great taste, perfectly matches the photos. The apartment is very well located, at the foot of the Lantern Tower, a stone's throw from the old port and 5 minutes from the beach of the competition. The location is ideal for walking, cycling (self-service station nearby) and for taking the bus boats to the aquarium or the port des minimes. It takes about twenty minutes to walk to the station.

The accommodation is perfect for a stay as a couple. The beach is barely 2 minutes' walk and shops are also accessible in 5 minutes' walk. This is the perfect place to park the car and enjoy. Everything is as described with quality materials. I highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in Magalie and Jean's house. The house is beautiful and well furnished, the beds are good quality. Walking distance to the center. It was a real plus to be greeted in person, to receive advice for excursions and even the dog was given a little attention on our arrival. We highly recommend this accommodation, the private garden with plancha is perfect for feeling like you're on holiday.

Had a lovely stay at Géraldine’s. Comfortable and clean home with everything you could need. Location quiet but within short walking distance to supermarket and pretty square with a boulangerie and couple of restaurants as well as the tourist office. Having the bikes to use as and when was a huge bonus - we enjoyed our cycle to other villages. In the evening hearing the swifts swooping by whilst sitting in the courtyard was very relaxing. No hesitation to recommend.

Thanks to Lionel and Aurélie (the concierge) Ideally located accommodation, 250 metres from the sea (a very nice view of the squares). The centre of Angoulins is a 5-minute walk with small local shops (butcher's/deli, bakery, bank, restaurant, bar/PMU/tobacconist, etc.) as well as a small fruit and vegetable market, seafood, etc. The accommodation was spacious, quiet, very easy to access... the small outdoor courtyard is very nice and not overlooked... Roller shutters, each window has its own shutter, equipped kitchen, washing machine, walk-in shower etc... Very responsive hosts, thank you for this accommodation which made our stay very pleasant... I highly recommend it. We'll get back to you if the accommodation is available.

This is the perfect location (for 2 people) close to the coast and a few kilometers from La Rochelle. The house has a private small garden, is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen is equipped with good kitchen appliances. Two bicycles are available for trips in the area. Axel is a very attentive host, who is always available for questions or any problems. Recommended!

Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Small confusion about the cleaning we are asked to do, while being charged on AirBnB.

Amazing apartment on the port front in La Rochelle, with great views and in the centre of this very walkable town. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need, including for travelling with a baby. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Valerie's apartment. Tastefully decorated, we were pleasantly surprised by all the little touches and equipment. Great location, we were able to do anything on foot. Living during the day but quiet at night. Not insignificant little more: private parking in a city where all spaces are paid. I recommend it. Looking forward to coming back to this little cocoon.
