I also discovered 2 passions: surfing and rugby, which I do not practice but which I support like many people from La Rochelle! My partner and I thought of this house as a quiet place to live, with light and soft colors and materials, where family, friends, colleagues can recharge their batteries. Welcome!

From June 28 to August 30, 2025, the rental will be by the week from Saturday to Saturday. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. it is 10 minutes from La Rochelle, 15 minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage and the Ile de Ré bridge, 30 minutes from the green Venice... This charming independent studio (non-smoking) of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a mezzanine (low ceiling) is located in Les Grandes Rivières between Dompierre-sur-Mer and Sainte-Soulle.

Quiet area 7 minutes by car from the train station, 5 minutes from the city center, 5 minutes from the Beaulieu shopping center. The studio is equipped with a large shower, TV, Tassimo, kettle, plate, microwave oven... It also has a small exterior of about 10 m2. Non-smoking studio, and not made to party with others! We ask you to empty the garbage cans, fold up the BZ sofa, and put the sheets on the coffee table, without forgetting to make it clean!
