Our apartment is very luminous with its seven windows. The apartment is on the first floor in a typical building of the eighteenth century. It offers the opportunity to go to the market, restaurants, cinema or the old harbour in 2 minutes by walk. There are a lot of beautiful shops just below the apartment. Located in the historic center, it’s a living neighborhood but not noisy because all shops close at 7 pm.

We are located in a dead end lane. We are a 15min drive from the island of Ré and Chatelaillon 20 min from Rochefort and Fouras. The city center of La Rochelle is accessible 15 min by bike well connected with bike paths and by bus (bus stops are close to the house) The city center of Périgny is 5 min walk with all shops and a great U walk is 3 km walk. Close to the Parc des Creilles and the aquatic center.
