This beautiful apartment, very quiet and pleasant, was completely renovated and tastefully decorated in January 2023, located a 10-minute walk from the historic center of La Rochelle, the accommodation consists of two bright rooms and a private patio.   All amenities are in the immediate vicinity as well as the possibility of parking on the street in available and non-paid spaces.   Ideal apartment for couples wanting to enjoy a stay in this pretty city.

Very nice apartment completely renovated like a loft in a house of character. Large living room bathed in light thanks to its numerous openings allowing to take advantage of the sun rays, including a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room and a mezzanine accommodating a bed 160. A large bedroom with cupboards and shower room. A few minutes walk from downtown and on the direct axis to the island of Re. Settle down, you are at home!

Our gîte is called "A coté de La Rochelle". Located on the bike path that leads to downtown La Rochelle in 10 minutes, on a bus line, near the ring road (10 minutes from the Île de Ré bridge) and especially in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with independent access, private parking and a private garden. Rated 3 stars by Charentes Tourisme, it has all the amenities to have a good vacation or a relaxing weekend. Baby bed, high chair, safety barrier.
