Beach condo holiday rentals in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! We had a fantastic time in the condo, it was well-equipped, in a great location, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The 7th floor was plenty high and it was great to watch the sunset and the moon rise at the same time. The Pancakery was in walking distance for a delicious breakfast and The Back Porch was a lovely walk along the beach away for lunch and/or dinner. We are golfers and we found a couple of nice courses not too far away from the condo. We enjoyed taking long walks along the beach. I would recommend the condo to others and hope to be back.

This condo is a very nice place to stay and would stay again ! Everything was in very good shape and clean ! Very convenient to the beach and the pier !

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

We have been vacationing in Navarre the past 5 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have stayed at! The space was amazing and the view from the patio was everything we could have hoped for. Grant was a great host! We will definitely be planning on staying here from here on out!

Great location with beautiful view and easy access to the beach. Comfortable spacious 1 bedroom condo. Very clean with good amenities. Host is great, communicates well and is nice to deal with. Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway! The home is beautifully kept, beach-facing, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying it with our baby — peaceful, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a family vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Such a great place! This was our 2nd time to stay at Kyle & Victoriia’s place. It’s super clean, spacious, and a convenient walk to the beach. Kyle & Vicktoriia always respond promptly and even saved the day by immediately brining us another Keurig when the one there wouldn’t work. That meant a lot to this coffee drinking family! We also love the backyard space for our dog- makes it so much easier! It’s also within walking distance to Stewby’s and Fubar Pizza- two of our favorite places to eat. I know we’ll be staying here again!

Place was easy to find and get in! Everything looked just like the photos. It’s a decent apartment complex. Couldn’t figure out how to get into the pool because they changed the gate. Overall nice stay.

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place in FWB. Nice view of the bay and pool was never crowded.

Loved the small quaint condo. Peaceful and just so homie. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. David answered all my messages right away. Will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. The condo blew away all our expectations. Highly recommend for families with small children. Our kids had such a wonderful time playing at the beach and pool. Everything was very walkable. We brought most our food with us and it worked out perfectly for our littles.

This was a perfect weekend getaway spot! A beautiful property that was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing and convenient place at the beach!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.

My family had the BEST stay on vacay at this condo. The amenities are fantastic and the condo itself is beautiful. The beds were sooooo comfortable! I have a bad back and it was wonderful and we slept so well! The condo is awesome location able to see the ocean out front, to the side and can also see the pool too from the balcony. The elevator is literally right outside the door which is so convenient. The room had chairs and some sand toys too. Loved that we could also utilize the two nice chairs and umbrella on the beach (just stand in line in the morning to give them your name and room number and they have them set up for you). Amazing restaurants just a short walk on the beach to the Crab Trap. SnowCones right on the beach as well in the second striped hut. The pool is open until 11 and is the perfect temperature. Loved walking over the street to go to the lazy river and other amenities too. W LOVE it here, it’s our second time! Bill was an amazing host and responded super fast!

We have stayed at the Emerald Isle several times before. We love the location and how close it is to the beach and how every unit is gulf facing! This unit was very nice. We especially loved the huge, comfy couch. The host, Jeff was helpful and allowed us to check in early. I have no complaints about this condo or the host. Very happy with our choice and would happily stay here again!

We had the best stay at Aaron’s condo. It was beautiful, clean, in the best spot on the beach, and came with so many unexpected extras like beach toys, boogie boards, ice packs, back pack cooler, laundry detergent, & more! The mattress was so comfortable! We will be booking here again for sure. Thanks for a great stay!

The location honestly couldn’t be better—super convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. Do *not* skip out on Peg Leg Pete’s! The condo was fine overall, but it could use some updates. Nothing major, just a bit dated. Still, it had everything we needed and I’d definitely recommend it! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!
