This condo is perfect for a family vacation or couples getaway. It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, second floor condo at Dolphin Villas which has a great location, about 1.5 miles from the beautiful beaches with the public beach access.A plenty of restaurants are very close(TackyJack’s,OysterHouse, Lulu’s...)There is a grocery store and Walmart very close also.You can go to the near by waterpark, visit the Wharf or Fort Morgan, go to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or spend the day relaxing on the beach.

Beach access is located .3 miles away in front of Hooters. It is about a 7 minute walk. The home provides privacy amongst your group with a full bath in each bedroom and 3 outdoor spaces. Boardwalk 987 is a beautiful corner unit condo located in the heart of Gulf Shores. Come relax on our deck and watch the dolphins as you drink your coffee in the morning or enjoy happy hour in the evening. The Private balcony has a direct ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. Plenty of room to sleep 6 to 8 with a pull out sofa bed. All 3 bedrooms have a TV plus a 4k Roku flat screen in the living room. We have a fully stocked kitchen with grills in the common area.

Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
