Beach condo holiday rentals in Navarre Beach

The condo is very comfortable. It has everything you need and more. Cindy is very quick to respond. She lives in the building in case you need something and answered very quickly. Condo is almost next to Florabama which is fun! Balcony is small if you like to sit outside with crew for sunsets and the entire property including balconies and area by pool/grills/jacuzzi is no smoking (and they enforce this). Beach in front of condo is easy to access and not too crowded! Everything is very clean! Thanks!

Roxana property is really lovely and having some Beach view from Balcony and one bedroom. She is very much organised and give us the best support during our stay. The beach access is very convenient and we love the stay.

This is a great location in Miramar Beach. Private, fantastic beach and view from the condo, limited amount of people, relaxing. Walking to the grocery store and CVS was pleasant and convenient for us. There is a nice restaurant just a few minutes away we accessed from the beach instead from the street side. We grabbed refreshments during the day to enjoy at the breach. The condo complex is great, our condo had all we needed. One thing that I find a bit inconvenient is the check out requirement at 9am. Since the check in is quite late at 4pm, a 10am check out would be more reasonable and I am sure many quiets would appreciate that. A change of the couches covers and possibly adding some fresh new decorative pillows would also make a great difference since current ones looked a bit worn out. The place appeared clean and just a bit outdated for the price. Having said that, we liked it a lot and Jan is a great host! We definitely want to return soon!

We had a great time at Kate's place. It was ideal for two people. I did not realize that there was not a washer or dryer, but we were fine with it just being us. If you have kids or a long stay, it might be a problem.

The host was very sweet to keep checking with us to see if we have any issues. The house was clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed our stay there.

I fell in love with Fort Walton, we actually looked at condo prices while we were there for ourselves. I loved being right on the beach and sitting watching the waves. The condo was very clean. The water was as expected, clear and beautiful on our first day. However the ocean is unpredictable, there were red and double red flags everyday after our first day. The water was still beautiful, however know how to respect the ocean's rip currents and the warning flags or it can be dangerous. The pool was a great backup plan for us. Rindy supplied everything listed and more. We were surprised by the goodie basket, all the beach toys, extra beach chairs and boogie boards to use. We left behind a fishing rod for whomever would like to try pier or dock fishing. Very easy to get around town. We booked tons of things to do and left three free days to explore. The people were very friendly and tons of places to eat or get groceries. Thanks Rindy!

This place is a GEM and exactly as presented. The balcony is large and features what we call "the good chairs". By that I mean, they are the poly-composite weather resistant material and are bar height so you can really enjoy the beautiful view. The new storm/sliding doors are also very nice. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a lovely, beachy aroma, not the bleachy, chemical smell we often find and super clean floors. All the lights were on making it easy to find everything. A brief phone call from Melisa answered any questions we had. The kitchen was very well appointed. everything from a waffle iron to a crock pot, and all the accessories you need. There was a toaster and we took advantage of it each morning. The coffee pot is a nice drip style Mr Coffee. :) We also found a nice collection of fresh spices and seasonings. They also provide folding beach chairs and a variety of water/beach toys. This is a perfect place for singles or couples. 5 STARS!

Look no further, book it now before someone else does. Fully stocked for long term stays. Fully. The best we have ever stayed in, by far. Dolphins every day swim past, Pelicans, Gannets, Gulls, Loons, Ducks and more. The most beautiful cloud formations and sunsets out of this world, What a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We spent January 2025 there during the record snowfall. Pristine white sand beach at the end of the private boardwalk, so readily accessible, The walk in shower in the master bedroom has me thinking about a redo at our place, it was great. Perfect location with easy beach access right across the street! Walkable to a few restaurants and local coffee shop. Definitely planning a trip next year to stay again.

This stay was amazing! The location to the beach and pool was ideal with a newborn. This was the perfect size for the 3 of us and our dog, who enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. This was well worth the price and would love to stay again!

I’ve stayed in Sandpiper Cove before, and the area is amazing. Very beautiful property with a private beach located across the road. You can either take your car or walk. This particular unit is close enough to walk, but we drove just to help with carrying things. The unit is located on the beautiful canal & you can see an AMAZING sunset. The place was very clean. The bathroom is pretty, but the shower/tub has paint that is chipping inside the tub & on the sides as well, but worked very well. I loved that we had a washer and dryer on site, some units have a community washing area, but beware to keep the door to the drying unit closed or the fire alarm will go off while the dryer is running 🙈! Overall, the unit had great storage, comfy furniture, a beautiful view, and amazing amenities!

We had a great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a family beach trip with our dogs. It was the perfect spot to relax, clean up after long beach days, and get some rest. Having Roku TVs in each room was a nice touch, and the provided dog beds were much appreciated by our pups. The pools on the property were a bonus, too. Would definitely recommend for families traveling with pets!

Great place to stay with a beautiful beach just steps away. We loved staying here and enjoyed being on the first floor for our pup. Chris communicated really well and genuinely cared about us having a great vacation and that we did. We have been many places across the Gulf of America but Miramar Beach and the Emerald Coast is by far the best. We loved having the beach chairs and umbrella set up for us each day. Go ahead and book - you will not be disappointed.

We had a great time, it was the perfect place for our little family get away! The communication was great and they gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit around the area! Would definitely stay here again!

nice and cozy unit

We had a great stay in 1119. Right out the back patio is the beach. We used the beach setup each day and appreciated the amenity. The condo is stocked with anything you could even think of needing! The condo was a good size for 2 people, and would still be very comfortable for 4. The refrigerator had ice and water dispenser, so nice to not have to buy loads of bottled water during the week. we forgot to bring an air fryer, but then noticed that the oven had an air fryer setting! The condo has books and board games, some beach toys, it really had everything we needed. Sandpiper Cove is a place we prefer over the high rise condos, it's so convenient to park right outside of your unit, no waiting on elevators and long walks to unload and load your vehicles. Book with confidence, the unit is just as pictured!

Condo is on the 7th floor right on the ocean. The best thing about this Airbnb is that you can hear the waves from inside the condo when you have the sliding glass doors open. Host was very responsive initially, but less so when we arrived. She gave us her mobile number and wanted us to communicate directly, which Airbnb recommends not doing. Not sure why hosts do this. She is not the first. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need minus any spices, coffee, or salt & pepper, etc. I REALLY appreciate this since I have been in Airbnbs that stock all kinds of reusable items which is kind of gross. When we arrived there was a very strong glue (?) smell. We had to open all the doors to air it out. Fortunately it dissipated but not sure what that was. Really enjoyed our stay. At $358 a night (this is total what we paid divided by the 6 nights we stayed) in April, that seems pretty expensive for this kind of place. But perhaps that's what things cost these days.

Stayed for one month. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants in a 15 minute radius. Host was particularly helpful and responsive when we had an issue with one of the TVs not connecting to the cable company.

The accommodations were as beautiful as the photos and then some. Very clean, and spacios. Indoor heated pool and huge jacuzzi were a hit with the family. We will definitely be back when it is warmer to enjoy more of the outdoor activities. Thank you Stephanie for your assistance it was a great long weekend stay.

This space is beautiful! The ocean-view balcony is incredible. Shea was great to communicate with. The common areas of this building are also very nice. We loved the zero-entry pool for our littles! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came from Va to Pensacola for a family wedding downtown but decided to stay at the beach as a treat. The condo was incredibly comfortable with spectacular balcony views. The fully stocked kitchen was really helpful, although we also enjoyed the local seafood restaurants too. Having both a pool, and beach access was great. Would love to return 😊

Kudos to you both!! This is seriously a great Airbnb and other owners should take note. Great view, easy walk to a soft sandy beach and a good heated pool with chairs. It was so organized and clean. We had everything we needed! Not only for a vacation but a beach vacation. Think towels, beach toys, chairs, boogie boards. A huge plus for families traveling with kids. There were extras of everything you can think of. In the kitchen, there was a big selection of spices, cooking oil and coffee filters. They even had tumblers for whatever kind of drink you wanted. The beds were comfortable and we felt all around cozy being in their condo. We will definitely rent from Chris and Ashley again if we come back to the area. Cheers!!

Beautiful place. There were 3 ‘littles’ with us and they loved the pool, beach and the bunkbeds. Very busy area, but we stayed on the premises most of the time and it was calm and cool. Would recommend!!

Great place for a small family. Easy access to beach and pool. 8min drive to boardwalk. Very homey, cute place. Updated & has everything you need.
