Everything at Brian’s was phenomenal and just as it was advertised. My favorites: 1. The price for being on the island and a short walk! 2. He had 5 beach chairs, a rolling cart, and two umbrellas. That alone was probably $250+ I didn’t have to spend or lug from home for our 4 day beach trip! 3. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we needed them! His book told us where the extra linens were for the pull out. And for our neighbors that get up and moving early in the morning, he included fans to help muffle their sounds. Things to note before going: 1. No elevator and you’ll have to make your way to the second floor. 2. The balcony is a step lower than the living room floor. I would definitely book again! Thanks, Brian! We had wonderful memories we’ll keep forever!

Great place to stay near the beach! The space was spotless and there were little things that made it cozy and thoughtful. April communicated well and the pics were accurate. Only negatives I would point out is that there's no TV and you share a wall with the main house so you do get some noise but it was still very quiet and a peaceful neighborhood. Great place for 1 or 2 people if you want to hit up the beach and other surrounding attractions and need a nice play to lay your head at night.

It was wonderful. Love the location. Very easy walk across the street to the beach. We’ve stayed in these condos before (different unit), so we knew what to expect. This one has absolutely no food starters like oil for cooking, sugar for coffee, etc., but I was warned of that in the listing (last place did have some things available, don’t know if that’s not allowed now or what). It was clean, quiet and felt safe. My kids said the bunk beds were awesome. Decorated very nice! Check-in was easy. Host reached out and I felt like I could easily contact them if I needed to. Overall a wonderful stay!

Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This home was one of our favorites! Very clean, everything you could possibly need and the beds were very comfortable. We, also, enjoyed the games provided! We have 4 kiddos and we walked to several different places each evening, whether it was for ice cream, sno cones or to eat supper. The neighborhood was very quiet and the locals were very friendly. Several options for groceries and restaurants. We drove to the beach each day and it was less than a five minute drive. Again, this was one of our more enjoyable trips to Florida! I highly recommend this home if you’re considering Navarre.

We have been vacationing in Navarre the past 5 years and this was by far the best accommodations we have stayed at! The space was amazing and the view from the patio was everything we could have hoped for. Grant was a great host! We will definitely be planning on staying here from here on out!
