Beachfront holiday rental in Pensacola Beach, Navarre Beach

These are some of the best hosts we have ever had! From the moment we arrived with a tire issue, Steve was immediately friendly and helpful with multiple local repair shops to try and suit our needs. In the following days he had lots of local restaurants, dive locations and dog park recs. Their place has all the necessities you'd need on your vacation. The kitchen allowed us to cook breakfast, and prepare leftovers any day we needed. All other rooms were stocked, clean and well kept. The dogs loved to fetch n cool off in the Sound on their frequent swims. Lush foliage was a surprise as it contributed to wildlife, birds and shady temps! It is definitely the place to privately slow down, sit back an watch the sun rise on the dock as boats travel by slow and unbusily. Topping it all off was the spacious porch/yard with water hose. It spoiled us as we are usually unable to fully rinse and dry out all of our dive gear before returning home. Come and visit their oasis, you won't regret it!!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

We loved our time at manor by the bay we enjoyed the amenities and the outdoor areas the guest house was perfect for us with the water views and our boat safely on the dock!

We enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to the beach and loved that it was dog friendly. The pond in the back was nice and my niece and nephew enjoyed feeding the ducks.

This place was amazing. It was decorated perfectly. Every floor had a refrigerator so you didn’t have to go to the top floor for cold drinks. Ashley responded immediately when we had a question. We brought our own beach chairs, but the ones she had were great. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Context: Argentinean couple visiting - 2 small dogs - $180/night. Beautiful neighbourhood, close to the bridge to the beaches, with parks to walk or excercise as close as 2 blocks from the cabin. The cabin is small but very nice, everything was clean and had all the necessary supplies. The shower and the bed were great. Cooking can only be done with a microwave. Parking is on the street -no issues since it seems safe-. Small patio between the cabin and the house where you can sit to enjoy fresh air. We trully enjoyed our stay, Terri was very polite and clear in her instructions, we had privacy and felt comfortable at all times. It was our first time visiting Pensacola and were able to tour different places since the cabin is almost mid-point between places you can visit. We would definitely recommend it, it's a 5 stars in all aspects.

Maggie's home is the perfect place to stay that is within a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house was super clean and stocked. We enjoyed the awesome view from her decks and the family games! This house offers something for everyone! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Jan's place was the perfect getaway from home. My husband, younger brother, and I had a wonderful time there. On a few days, the red and purple flags kept us from going into the ocean, but that didn’t matter—we had the swimming pool at Jan's place all to ourselves! Wherever we go, I love cooking all our meals, and I was happy to find all the kitchen utensils and cookware I needed. We truly thank Jan for letting us stay at his place.

Rhonda and Doug are great hosts. The condo was furnished with nice appliances and furnishings, including the wonderful washer and dryer, Henckels knife set, coffee maker and nice blender. Beds were very comfortable. Furnishings were tasteful and practical, we felt right at home, very comfortable. The patio was wonderful as we were able to enjoy the ocean view and the glass railing allowed our toddler to have the same unimpeded view without worrying about his safety. Rhonda and Doug were very responsive to our questions and were wonderful hosts. The cleaning crew did an excellent job and the place a was very clean and well stocked upon our arrival. We enjoyed our time while on Navarre and it was a very family friendly beach. The beach chairs (2) and umbrella provided were nice and for a modest fee we were able to get additional chairs as needed. Overall a great stay and would return again.

Perfect and Peaceful! We loved this condo. The location by the pier is great. Close to a few restaurants and right on the beach. Having a lovely balcony to look out into the gulf was amazing. The furniture was super comfy, especially the oversized couches! The beds and linens were all comfy and clean. Plenty of towels were provided, and the kitchen was well stocked as well. The pool was convenient and the beach location could not be beat! The house felt really cozy and we felt right at home and restful. I’d definitely stay again!

Susan was absolutely wonderful! She was very responsive and accommodating. She also was very helpful with any questions I had. The property itself was amazing! You could go out the back door to one beach, or take a short walk and see the beautiful blue water and hunt for sea shells on another. It is so peaceful! Navarre is a very family-friendly place and not as tourist-y as Destin or Pensacola. If that is what you want one day of your stay, either is only a 45-minute drive. Definitely worth every penny!!! Hope to be back some day.

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

So who gets to stay in a designer storage unit? We did- and it makes for a most memorable night on the Gulf Coast. Now when I see a container, I am amazed at the transformation for this accommodation. Luxurious- plus great coffee and special games for couples. So romantic. Terrific shower. The unit is just a walking block from a nice bar with live music, a block across from a great beach the area is known for, and so near three fun places to eat. Cozy, super clean, quiet and a comfy bed. Delightful. And Christina is always very receptive and welcoming. If you can get a reservation - lucky you!

This place was amazing. The location is wow you are literally in the backyard of the beach. The place is super clean very equipped with anything that you need. We enjoy the games it rain for a few hours. Internet was fast. Everything was stocks in the kitchen. Definitely recommended to stay here, great restaurants nearby.

Our stay was wonderful. Getting to the beach was a breeze. The host had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. I would for sure book again on my next visit to Navarre!

Perfect beach getaway! The home is beautifully kept, beach-facing, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved enjoying it with our baby — peaceful, comfortable, and just the right vibe for a family vacation. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

This was our first time staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Everything was clean and had everything you need. Being able to walk a few feet and be at the beach was amazing and a great convenience for the kiddos.

What a beautiful place to spend my vacation. Eric was wonderful and came right over when I couldn’t figure out the tv. You can tell he is the kind of guy who would do anything for anyone. The home is exceptionally beautiful and clean, and well stocked. We will be returning, God Willing.

My husband and I came here with our 2 grown children, and their 2 young kids. We loved this condo, the surrounding beach, & the pool! We loved that it wasn't as crowded as the surrounding areas, but still had the beautiful, white sandy beach of the Panhandle/ Emerald Coast. We loved that the condo was very clean (& I'm very picky). It was stocked with everything we could possibly need, including more towels than needed, including beach towels. Sarah actually purchased extra beach chairs, so we would have enough for the 6 of us. We loved that it is a short drive to Opal Beach, Pensacola, & Fort Pickens. We enjoyed the stores and restaurants in Pensacola, but were happy to drive back to Navarre, where it was quieter. We will be back!
