Holiday rentals with a patio in Patalavaca

Wir waren nun zum dritten Mal in Puerto Rico und dies war bisher die schönste Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden und sehr sauber, der Blick vom Balkon auf den Ort und das Meer ist einfach toll! Anita war immer zu erreichen und hat sofort geholfen, als wir ein Problem hatten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Alojamiento de 10! El apartamento estaba súper equipado con utensilios de cocina e incluso toallas tanto de baño como para ir a la playa. Aparcamiento gratuito en la calle del apartamento, no tuvimos problema ningún día en aparcar. La zona muy tranquila con supermercados cerca y buenas playas

excellent AirBNB Flat great location Place is exactly as described nicely fitted out we were met by his host Anita who had been in touch prior to our leaving and when we landed and kept in touch during our stay place is located in the centre of Mogan centre with ships restaurants etc right on your doorstep we rated it highly

El alojamiento nos ha parecido ideal para pasar unas noches. La estancia es pequeña pero tanto la habitación como el lavabo son muy amplios y espaciosos. Estaba muy limpio todo. Magdalena nos facilitó mucho la llegada con indicaciones y recomendaciones. Recomendaríamos la estancia sin duda.

Dette er bare en helt nydelig leilighet, med service over det man forventer. Rent og fint og alt man trenger til lengre opphold. Moderne og avslappende leilighet med komfortable senger, raskt internett og myk sofa - kjøkken med alt man trenger. Perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til strand og turområder, stille og koselig nabolag. Ekstra pluss til Alice for verdifull og proaktiv oppfølging, som får gjester til å føle seg ivaretatt og satt pris på. Jeg har ikke hatt en så dyktig vert før. Her kommer vi tilbake!

Lidia est adorable, toujours disponible pour nous renseigner et nous conseiller. Son appartement est bien équipé avec une grande terrasse très appréciable avec son bel ensoleillement jusqu'au soir. L'appartement est très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied : plage de Puerto Rico, supermarchés, centre commercial et arrêt de bus. Le réseau de bus de Gran Canaria est vaste et rapide avec l'autoroute, on peut bouger facilement en bus pour découvrir le sud de l'île : les belles plages de Amadores et Anfi del Mar, le joli village coloré Puerto de Mogan, les magnifiques Dunes de Maspalomas...Nous avons vraiment adoré notre séjour. Encore un grand merci à Lidia pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Great place in a great location, everything we needed for self catering. Brilliant stock of pots pans and utensils. A lovely bottle of wine and water in the fridge too on arrival! Pool area very quiet, no rush for sun beds. Lovely bars and restaurants in walking distance. Highly recommend!

Mycket trevligt och rymligt boende. Modernt, rent och med smakfull möblering, både inomhus och utomhus. Lugnt område med någon minuts promenad till strandpromenaden. Trevliga grannar som gjorde att vi kände oss välkomna, var extra bra. Jesus fanns alltid till hands när vi hade någon fundering. Han mötte oss också när vi checkade in. We really enjoyed the stay! Calm small neighbourhood a km from Taoro beach, Amadores beach another km walk away. You need a car to stay here since there are no stores within walking distance. But with a car Puerto Rico is close. There was some issues with entering the pool area, but Saskia could open remotely and always responded quickly when needed. The terrace is absolutely lovely!

Wir wollten gar nicht mehr abreisen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Fotos, die Ausstattung super modern und neu. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und war sehr aufgeräumt und blitzsauber. Frühstück zwischen den Obstbäumen mit Blick auf die Berge war unser Highlight. Außergewöhnlich ist die schnelle, persönliche, hilfreiche und total sympathische Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Es war alles perfekt !

I enjoyed my stay. Clem was easy to contact. Whilst a little worried about electronic locks, this worked very well and meant I didn’t need to take out any keys. Bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied whilst there were welcome goodies on arrival. The garden gets the sun from morning til an hour before sunset.

Excellent accomodation. Loads of space including a kitchen diner, very large separate sitting areas and a brilliant terrace. Both bedrooms have balconies one is en-suite. There is a decent bathroom next to the second bedroom and a nice downstairs loo too. You can even go up to the roof which has good views. The house is in a private gated close with free parking outside. It's a 50 metre walk to the house. The terrace has an extremely large oven and separate grill that you will not use unless you're feeding 20 plus people! Overall, the quality of the furnishings and all the little personal touches is excellent. The hosts live nextdoor and are easily contactable. We really enjoyed our stay here and have no hesitation in recommending it.

Das grosse Plus des Hauses ist der private Garten und die totale Ruhe, die ich zumindest bei meinem Aufenthalt erleben konnte. Ein Auto bräuchte man definitiv nicht, wenn man nicht die Insel erkunden möchte. Alles was man braucht, gibt es in der Umgebung : Supermärkte, Restaurants, Apotheke, Bars, ... Zum Strand muss man zwar schon etwas laufen, aber auch kein Problem. In der Anlage gibt es einige Pools, die ich aber nicht genutzt habe. Im Haus konnte man eigentlich alles finden, was man so braucht : Kaffeekapselmaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen, Geschirr, sogar einige Gewürze, Tücher, Bettwäsche, Putzmaterialen aller Art, Waschmaschine,... Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Schlafzimmer ist in der Nacht immer angenehm kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage. Privatsphäre und Sicherheit sind garantiert. 2 Mal allerdings stand ein Gärtner in dem abgeschlossenen Bereich und bewässerte den Rasen. Das hatte man mir nicht mitgeteilt. Sonst lief die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter aber einwandfrei.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow, die Lage, die Ausstattung einfach alles war perfekt! Zen und Wolfgang waren so unglaublich lieb und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist direkt am Meer mit einer wundervollen Aussicht! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder hier her, absolute Empfehlung!!!

The accomodation was really amazing and José is very kind and attentive person,we spent there only weekend, but we loved this place, fresh air,Jose's hospitality.. I'm sure that we come again!Muchas gracias José.

Fantastico weekend! La casa è in ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla vicina ad un centro commerciale ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Katia ci ha fatto trovare l’alloggio pulito e ordinato, è stata molto disponibile ed amichevole. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare

We had a great stay here! So convenient for the Yumbo centre, you could hop in a quick cab to Maspalomas lighthouse/ the beach. Alex and Jorge were amazing hosts- great communication. Really responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much 🙏🥳!

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka hos Antonia. Allt var precis som beskrivet i annonsen, vissa saker till och med överträffade våra förhoppningar. Rent, snyggt och välstädat när vi kom, köket var mycket välutrustat. Det kändes som om ”allt” fanns i det köket, vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Det som kommer arr stanna längst i minnet är dock den härliga terrassen, vi hade verkligen sol hela dagen och kunde se solnedgången från terrassen om kvällarna. Antonia svarade på eventuella frågor på direkten och vi fick bra tips om restauranger i närheten. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Ich buche die Unterkunft von Eugenio bereits seit einigen Jahren und war immer sehr zufrieden. Ich fühle mich dort wie zuhause.

L'appartamento si Rosalva, è esattamente come descritto. Molto pulito, ordinato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato tutto in ordine e il self check in è stato molto semplice e veloce, come da descrizione e grazie alle attente indicazioni di Rosalva. Viaggiavamo con una bambina piccola e Rosalva è stata molto gentile e disponibile a fornirci tutto il necessario per farci sentire come a casa e anche meglio! Consiglio vivamente questo Airbnb!

Great stay at Jurga's apartment. Like described and on the pictures. Good communication. The apartment is a good central place to reach a lot of other sightseeing places. We had a rental car, but there's also a bus station in walking distance. Apartment is up on a hill - great overview about the sea and beaches. Was awesome having breakfast or dinner on the balcony. Can recommend. Also the "Cave Bar" on top of the building (next to one of the 7 pools) was great. The owner Marcus always prepared nice things for you when you do not want to cook on your own.

As advertised. And the daily bread was a welcome bonus. Very clean.
